Bro kindly do a video on SOYA CHUNKS.. There are many videos and information in the internet which provides diverse opinions.. For many vegetarians, Soya Chunks is the biggest source of protein but a misinformed fear of decrease in testosterone levels due to soya chunks consumption always exists. Kindly clear this out via a video. Thanks in advance !

for you to have the hormonal effect of soya,you need to take around 1 to 2kg per day. it's very safe to take 100 to 150g a day

Bro instead of soya chunks there are many options still available in veg like chickpeas , greengram Try to consume 50g-100g soya chunks if needed

Soya chunks are a disaster to health and idc what anyone says. It is loaded with phytoestrogens that boost your estrogen and lower T. They are also sprayed heavy pesticides and weedicides in order to cultivate them. So avoid them at all costs despite what these KZfaqrs say.

Bro I'm doing workouts for 5 months, i was trained each muscle twice a week and now i can feel some deferents and gain 6 kg weight with fat because i'm doung bulk. So i change my workout spilt like this: *3 days weight training . 1.back, shoulders, core. . 2.chest, arms . 3.legs with glutes *2 days calistanics . 1. Upper body . 2. Lower body *2 days . Playing Football *1 day . Train boxing Is this split good for me to grow muscles and endurance? Pls tell me 😊
