The first Sentence Hitler might have had a swastika bath is correct, because might doesn't show probability, but possibility. And the second sentence "They've never been standard issue, though" is also true, because, well, they haven't, but the statement gives the impression that swastika baths were a thing for some people., even if the incidence was low. It was big in the 70s in the US too. I've seen many an avocado colored refrigerator, oven hood fans, stoves etc. Growing up in the 80s I saw that color all the time. It's been awhile since I've seen it but I'm sure it will make a comeback sooner or later.

My aunt's whole bathroom was pink. It was hideous. The bathroom itself was cool, it was in an older house and the fixtures were old, she lived there for 60 years. But the color scheme was awful.

Yeah, I've seen pics online of houses that had swastika designs on the floor, walls, etc. Before the Nazis it was a popular design and had was used by different religions and cultures.

Certainly a red flag with a white circle and a black swastika inside would be a "red flag" that National Socialism is inexplicably acceptable in that household. I am not promoting anything about Hitler or Nazis, I am saying that the design has (for a considerable number of millenia) been an aesthetic symbol of inovation. I recognise that a common misconception is that it is only associated with Germanic Fascism from last century.
