Hi Paul, been watching your videos for a while now. You inspired me to search out a scrapper near me. I had a basement full of really old tools and metal items that we can not put in the trash barrels. My area in Massachusetts limits us to 65 gallon trash barrels and the same size recycle bins. I called a scrapper who was more than happy to pick it all up. Didn't cost me a dime and he was glad to have it all. I now have a clean basement. Thanks for the inspiration to keep it all out of the landfill.

You're right about that. My sister, while she and her husband were driving through some small towns in southern Illinois, came across an antique shop where they were selling 5 of those Singer sewing machine bases that each had a beautiful tabletop on them. She ended up buying two of them.

Paul when I was growing up in the junkyard my mother was weighing in someone on the little scales one day and she was looking through the box to see what the metal was and she pulled out a metal grave marker that they put on the grave while they are waiting on the headstone to get made. The marker belonged to the grave of my grandmother ( my mother’s mom) it had been stolen. It really upset my mother. They did arrest the guys
