That Vegan Teacher took it too far on TikTok and over 200 people have called and reported her.
Kadie Karen Diekmeyer, also known as That Vegan Teacher, has taken TikTok by storm after going viral for her protest against McDonald’s in June 2020.
The former nurse and teacher from Quebec, Canada has become known for her TikToks and KZfaq videos where she preaches veganism.
Her main TikTok account boasts a following of 1.7M followers with her most popular videos receiving millions of views.
Her KZfaq has almost 24,000 subscribers.
Miss Kadie joined TikTok after the platform was recommended to her by a friend who wanted her to share her message-encouraging as many people as possible to become vegan.
However, people believe she isn’t going about it in an appropriate way.

Pigs are also omnivores, there is apparently a documented case from 2012 where a farmer from Oregon suffered a heart attack before falling into the pig’s enclosure and the pigs devoured him, also pigs eat pork yeah they eat the same meat we harvest them for. PS: this case isn’t the only one there are some cases where pigs actually have eaten humans

the issue is not that she’s vegan, nor that she wants others to be vegan. the issue is the harassment and the projection. if you would like to spread your message and opinion please do so, freedom of speech. but the line is drawn once you choose to critique others on their religion, sexuality, nationality, weight, health ect. there are multiple reasons why someone cannot become vegan, most important being health. some cant substain a diet off of veganism. while average humans can choose to consume what they choose, some people physically can’t, it can be a risk to their well being and possibly even life, malnutrition is a thing.

Due to the fact that dogs need much more protein than humans, meat is an essential part of their diet- the fatty acids of meat are difficult to replicate, and even then it's not the same. So yeah, science just proved that Bella IS being mistreated.

@@shadowflame3527 I am vegan, my cats are not! I understand if other vegans struggle to feed meat to their pets but then they need to get a rabbit for example. I do not think your ideas should be forced on others let alone those who cannot speak, the animals we seek to help. I do feel that being vegan is a belief, I believe that animals are not here for us to mistreat in any way. It is more than a diet, it is the way I try to live my life. This woman however is unhelpful for the vegan movement, this type of person is the reason I rarely mention my veganism. It is my business, if people ask I explain my rationale. If they do not ask, I do not talk about it. Each person has to make their own choice. My partner eats meat. Do I like it, no, is it his choice, yes, do I berate him over his choices, no. He will happily go to vegan places to eat when we go out, small changes lead to bigger changes.

It’s like those against vaccines try to search why vaccines are bad but ignore pages of search material to the few sources that “proves them right”. It is very harmful for vegans, but, I hope enough people realize most vegans are nothing like her or other problematic people. I know people, myself included, who don't judge vegans by her actions, and understand that, as a group, they're just people who literally made a different life choice than we did, and are good people, at the end of the day. I don't support painting a large group of people, on the minority that cause issues, unless that minority begins to become the majority. For vegans, that hasn't happened, and most disown her completely.

@@bunbohue9235 the Passover meal at the time was usually lamb (some roasted kosher animal is part of it), so Jesus would have most likely eaten meat of some kind for at least a couple holidays, if not on a regular basis. Lamb, poultry, and fish were common biblical time meat sources. There are many biblical passages that talk about eat, cooking, serving and being thankful for the meat that animals provide

@@LermaBean I get that thatveganteacher is not the nicest person in the world, but that shouldn’t matter. It doesn’t matter if all the vegans in the world are awful terrible people. That’s not the problem. The problem is that animals are tortured (mutilated w/o pain reliever, forcefully impregnated, have their babies taken away, crowded together in disgusting rooms having to lay on their own waste products, most never get to go outside, etc), and animal agriculture is absolutely terrible for the environment. What you are saying is a classic ad hominem. Focus on the message. Not the messenger. Again, I guess thatveganteacher should’ve been wayyyy nicer, but that does not change the fact that animals are exploited and Earth is being destroyed.

She says her dog isn’t property, it’s free - yet she takes it for walks with a harness and lead. If she wants animals to be free, can someone take her to a zoo - then open the tigers’ cage doors?
