Make more space by tying the bedding to the outside of your bag. That way you can fit your shoes (if you have two pair like myself) on the bottom to give your contents a barrier between them and any ground moisture when you set the bag down.

As someone who flies to larps, this video was really helpful. Thank you. I think we can all benefit from getting down to a few simple and high quality items. Traveling simply is definitely a goal of mine once larps get going again.

As a carry-on snack I bring dried figs, a little bit goes a long way, they're delicious and even more satisfying than trail mix. ( oh and everybody: I'm diabetic and this guy helped me out when my blood sugar crashed during a battle at Bicolline, I owe him big time ! Thanks Ulfgar ! )

Okay, here's how I do it. 2 pairs socks (Wool, or both wool and cotton, since cotton under wool is good for blister prevention) 2 tunics, maybe 3 if I need a formal or extra one, depends on how I want to look 2 pants cotton, walmart 1 towel and washcloth + small bag of toiletries 2 rolls of TP, because running out in the bathroom is the worst thing ever Spoon and knife, I have a knife I can make a fork if absolutely needed Cup light source of some kind, will depend on place Water bottle of some form Food will depend on location and what I have going there There is lots of room here for changes due to season, but this is the basics for a game Roll all of this up in 1-2 blankets tie ends with rope to make carry sack may consider adding something to the rope to make it not cut into your shoulder too bad if you want, a wide strip of thick leather with a couple slits or holes in it should do good I generally wear garb to an event, on it will be a cloak, leather pouch and weapons/tools for larp, putting stuff on your belt helps Use either your carry sack as a pillow and cloak as a blanket or vice versa
