Today, I want to share the best remedy to unclog your arteries.
A clogged artery is an artery that’s filled with plaque. In many cases, when a person has clogged arteries, they also have stiff arteries, inflammation, and high blood pressure.
Many people seek natural alternatives for clogged arteries because the common treatments often have side effects. Potential side effects of these treatments can include:
• Myopathy
• Erectile dysfunction
• Low testosterone
• Neuropathy
• Dementia
• Hemorrhagic stroke
• Increased risk of cancer
The best natural remedy to unclog your arteries is called nattokinase. Nattokinase is an enzyme in natto (fermented soybeans). Fermented soybeans are also loaded with vitamin K2.
Potential benefits of nattokinase:
1. It may help break up clots
2. It may help clear up nasal polyps
3. It may help decrease oxidized LDL
4. It has anti-inflammatory properties
5. It may help lower blood pressure
6. It inhibits the thickening of the artery walls
7. It may help increase HDL and lower triglycerides
8. It may help decrease the risk of strokes
9. It was shown to shrink plaquing in the aorta when combined with ginseng in animal studies

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 00:00 🩺 Clogged arteries are filled with plaque, composed of fibrin and calcium, leading to inflammation and stiffening. 01:07 💊 Statins show misleading relative risk reduction; a 1% decrease in absolute risk is manipulated to appear as 50% reduction. 03:23 🛑 Statin side effects include myopathy, erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, neuropathy, dementia, stroke, and cancer. 03:49 🍣 Nattokinase, found in fermented soybeans (Natto), is a powerful enzyme breaking down clots and reducing oxidative LDL. 05:22 ⚖️ Inflammation triggers artery damage, while nattokinase's anti-inflammatory properties promote artery health. 06:00 🩸 Nattokinase benefits include lower blood pressure, improved HDL, lower triglycerides, and reduced stroke risk. 06:53 💡 Nattokinase offers multiple benefits for artery health without significant adverse effects. You can get natto by making it yourself, visiting Japan, or buying freeze-dried natto (safer/easier to ship overseas + less stench) Nattokinase might require a prescription since it's a blood thinner, so consuming natto might be a lot more convenient. Esp if MSM/CDC tries to ivermectin it

I was seeing my dr for over 30 years. During this time I refused to take at least 4 scripts he gave me to take. Every meds a Dr gives me I research it on my on own. After reading warnings and side effects I told my Dr I counldn't take these meds and showed him written proof from multiple medical websites why I couldn't. He said nothing. 4 times over a 10 year period this happened. Good Dr but sometimes Drs make mistakes. 100 of thousand people die from Drs mistakes each year. If it was for Drs I wouldn't be alive right now. I have the utmost respect for them. I'm just saying we have to be careful, sometimes the best intentions could go wrong. And Pray to your God! for protection.

I agree but I think we're so brainwashed as we are with everything else the world tells you is true they lie about everything they teach you theories they tell you what to believe a nation of workers not a nation of thinkers so they dumb down the education. I don't think people know to ask about anything really food prescriptions the truth of anything they don't question it because they've been brainwashed not to they are trained we are trained to not ask questions and to trust the lab coat person even though they don't give you a resolution they never know what's going on you find more on Google and KZfaq and they give you symptomatic prescription drugs. So I think the idea is to question everything and do some research yourself for all of us that's what we should be getting out there

I’ve recently had my bloods done in the UK by my NHS GP as I’ve just turned 50. The only thing that came back bad was my TOTAL cholesterol, which in the UK was 8.1 (313 in the US). However, they only test total cholesterol and was told I MUST go on statins. He wasn’t interested in finding out the breakdown of HDL/LDL and when I said I didn’t want the statins and I’d rather go down the diet/exercise route, his actual words were, “We don’t prescribe diets”. ……….Says it all. I’ve ordered a private full cholesterol breakdown to see exactly what’s going on.

I am SO GLAD you are sharing this information, Dr. Berg !!!!!! I've been using Nattokinase for over 30 years... since I turned 40. I don't eat much of any of the inflammatory foods, but as a child I witnessed what my maternal grandmother went through for 8 years after a stroke that left her bedridden. I use a fairly strong Nattokinase that is 195mg AND has a potency of 6750FU (fibrin dissolving units). When I had retina damage from leukemia from large, deformed white blood cells breaking the tiny capillaries in the retinas while trying to go through, scar tissue developed making electric poles look like Z's. The retina MD knew about Nattokinase but was amazed that in 6-8 months all scar tissue was gone with me taking 5-6 a day of the Nattokinase. He said that with almost 400,000 white blood cell count (normal is 3,000-10,500) that the Nattokinase I was taking BEFORE leukemia diagnosis likely saved me from a massive stroke. It is SO GOOD to see this information getting out. ♥♥♥

@@joanneclark8256I use Swanson Nattozimes that contains 195mg AND 6750 FU (fibrin dissolving units) potency. It should be taken with water on an empty stomach. I find no information that Nattokinase contains K2. The fermented food natto that the Nattokinase enzyme comes from is rich in K2 but you have to really cultivate a taste for natto. It is slimly, stinky fermented soybeans. In addition to using it to dissolve the scar tissue in my retinas, I used it years ago to dissolve the floaters in my eyes. It again, took several a day for months to do the job. At 73 I have no floaters in y eyes. Last year I had an ultrasound to see if I had buildup of plaque in the arteries of my neck. The scan showed almost no buildup. They were shocked.

Dr. Berg I just want to thank you so much for your knowledge research and sharing with the public on how to take personal power back with their health. With that being said, I do know a cardiothoracic surgeon who’s was dealing with some clogged arteries and his own MD put him on statins, which in a week, put him in kidney renal failure and put him in ICU from that point on he could no longer do surgery because basically he had a nervous break down

I truly love you Dr. berg! You are helping me regain my health and driving my PC a bit crazy. I said no to Statins, no to Metformine, YES to Berberine, Benfotamine, and adding nutritional Yeast to my eggs in the am. I told him sure we can do the calcium CT scan but that I demanded (in a nice way) a T3 test even though my T4 said my Thyroid was fine. zero on the CT scan--- super low T3. And I've been including Brazil nuts and feeling like my digestion has been better. I'm excited to finally be getting answers and balancing things out. I've cut way down on carbs and slowly added in more movement. Everyone is starting to take notice, and I'm sleeping a bit better. So much of this is thanks to you! Keep up the great work and shun the naysayers. Much Aloha and light!

Nattokinase in natto can increase by a factor 10 by making natto with mixed foods. One patent measures 10X NK and vit. K2 from natto made from soybeans, barley, and sweet potato. I make mine with black beans, oats, and sweet potato. The goo is visibly increased. NK is just the enzyme that the bacillus produces to degrade proteins (this organism feeds on proteins, not carbs). This is the one high carb food you want to indulge on. 30 grams a day will give you massive doses.

you soak the 45%black beans and 40%oats for a day (black beans are best, but oats can be substituted with rye or wheat with good results). You grate the 15%sweet potato (beets also fine), coarse grating. Throw everything into the pressure cooker and cook until soft (40 mins). open the cooker and mix the hot mess with either natto from the store or spores bought online (there is a way to harvest bacillus from the wild). Spread in a shallow tray with restricted air flow (google how to, I use cheap aluminum oven trays with their lids stabbed with a small knife about 100 times per lid) and keep at 108F for a day. I make two trays, 6kg, at a time. many recipes on the web. yogurt maker makes it very easy but I use a wooden box with a lamp as heat source. you can freeze the 6kg in many ziploc packets.

The latest I've read is that the lower the triglycerides the better off one is. I have high triglycerides and it reflects on my LDL levels. I have plaque building up and am cutting out all processed foods in my diet. No more white flour, sugar, or white rice. I've done this before and my triglycerides plummet and so do my LDL's. Now the hard part is to keep that going with more vegetables and fruit. I like everything I eat (except raw fish) so it's not so hard for me. But look at the foods we buy. Everything has a processed something in it for shelf life. If I eat bread it's now wheat berry ground into a flour that I will eat. Not a lot, but a little bit.

Hi Dr. Berg, I'm a huge fan! I was surprised though that you didn't talk about how 1 serving of nattokinase has 38% calcium and 50% magnesium daily recommended values. Your other videos discuss balancing magnesium and calcium (really all electrolytes) so thought it was an interesting correlation and naturally balanced food. Also high in vit C (anti-inflammatory). Would also warn people that it is 83% of daily iron so adjust any other high iron foods/supplements accordingly.

I was not recommending anything as I'm not a physician. I was just cautioning that it is high in magnesium, iron, and calcium and that has a naturally balanced ratio to these levels. I found it interesting that these elements are all closely related to cardio health and that there is a possible correlation to why this food is so good at cleaning up plaque; or if there is more to it. I'd love to hear what Dr. Berg has to say on this topic.

@@papaduck2443 personally i take cod liver oil every day because eating salmon that often seems a bit unrealistic (especially financially, if you want to buy good quality fish…) I also found that kimchi seems to be way easier to be found in high quality (organic, raw, no unnecessary ingredients) than sauerkraut. I did make my own but similar to you, i‘d go trough it way too fast if i wanted to eat some of it every day. I could not find a single packaged sauerkraut that was not either pasteurized or had maltodextrin in it, let alone be organic. Not even at the health food store. I was really bummed out until i checked the kimchi and was positively surprised😊 maybe you can find some in your area too! I went trough the sauerkraut i made from a whole head of cabbage in about three days, so i‘d have to make a new batch every two days and that just is not going to happen, lol. I wish you good health! ✨
