My e46 is a 2003 330i with a 5 speed manual gearbox and sport package. She’s been a bit needy, but I love her. So far I’ve done the oil filter housing, cooling system refresh( pump, thermo, hoses, exp tank), and the lower control arms/bushings. Valve cover is next, and an annoying vacuum leek on the secondary air pump, lol. Love the vids dude, heading over to IG to follow your stuff there too 👍

thanks for the video..learned a lot..i have a 2003 530i which was a beaten down car when i bought it...the paint and interior were in great shape but under the hood and in the wheel wells were another story... first thing i did was jack the car up and replace the complete suspension front and back, all new components and tires (the rear shocks were a nightmare..had to remove the entire rear seats and deck to access the top of the shocks)...under the hood removed and replaced every part (kept the alternator a/c, and anything else that was working and cleaned them thoroughly..the alternator was soaked in power steering fluid due to a leak in the PS reservoir... the intake manifold and head were left in place as the vehicle had great compression...replaced every hose, gasket, seal, all the plastic parts that were brittle as hell and all vacuum lines, all pulleys and tensioner pulleys...i could go and on about the what i have done but what i really want to say is I LOVE MY BMW.

@@Krommehoek Ik heb t met NCS expert/dummy gedaan, dat werkt heel goed. Let wel op dat je de goede hardware hebt, je kan bijvoorbeeld je knipperlicht 3x laten knipperen bij een enkele tik, maar dat moet je wel de goede lichtmodule hebben etc. Vgm is NCS veel goedkoper ook, dan hoef je alleen de kabels te kopen.

I own a euro spec 2005 e46 m-sport coupe diesel finished in black sapphire metallic and May marks 1 year of ownership :) Mods: rear windows tinted, yellow fog lights, black kidney grill, roof and lip spoiler, xenon dip beams, led parkers, led number plate lights and lots of coded features thanks to watching your videos!

I've owned my 2002 BMW E46 330ci Sport from new, now has 156,000 miles, it has been mapped and is otherwise standard. I have a friend who has his own BMW specialist garage so he has done all the servicing and repairs. Can't fault this car in any way and still love driving it. I've had a few things coded but, being true to BMW and UK standards my guy wont code things like one touch rear window closing so I'd like to get that done also want to experiment with coding. Subscribed to your channel ages ago Evan, really helpful and informative, keep 'em coming.

Got an e46 316i saloon (sedan to you) myself, really wouldn't be that special except for the fact it's only had one previous owner and done only 39k miles. It's like an early 2000s time capsule - Carly would be super useful for resetting the service trip and comfort unlock too. Been watching your videos for a while, been a great source of info for e46 related things. I have relatives with a 325ci which this would also be useful for!

I got an '02 330ci vert (sadly it's an auto) last October. It's Orient Blue with the "Hellbeige" interior. It's got just about every option, except for the factory Nav, and cold weather pkg. Swapped new Morimoto projectors in recently because my passenger size lens was burnt to a crisp.

Good job! One problem with the lock the car at x speed: the car wont open itself after you stop and turn off the ignition. You have to do that manualy.

Good video. Can you turn on a triple flash lance change option for when you nudge but don’t latch the indicators I have an x3 e83. But I guess all E series have the same ECU’s

I have a black 2002 manual 325ci M Sport individual E46 with a brand new Avin Avant 4 based on your recommendations! Installing a backup camera once it arrives in the mail. I also rebuilt my glovebox torch last week with a new battery and replacement LED. (You need one too)

Good day Evan, I have a '00 e46 328ci and I purchased the K+DCAN Cable to code my car but it seems like when I connect it to INPA or NCS Expert my vin doesn't automatically pop up. I just purchased a OBD1 since I have a 20-pin connector under my hood to OBD2 connector so I can use the Carly tool. Do you think there's a possibility it could work?

2011 E90 Xdrive N55 in Montego Blue. No sport options at all but every luxury option, I-drive, black Dakota leather, downhill assist, heated seats, heated steering wheel, heated mirrors, PDC, style-160 wheels, factory privacy screens on the side windows, and rear glass. It's a little baby limo. Only mods are a BMS intake and AMS charge-pipe.
