I don’t know , people will probably think I’m stupid and maybe I am but I just figured out how to make a library for my favorite videos of these from OS /Tim that are the most beneficial for me. I have so many that I like and I had a very hard time remembering and locating the video I wanted to use for that particular exercise. Ha I now have the ones I like all in one place and I can add more any time I choose. I have thousands of a variety of videos in my favorite folder but didn’t know I could create more folders. So now I have a Tim/OS folder. Oh my goodness gracious- so very helpful! Yes I know - idiot here - ugh 🙃 😅I have no idea why I didn’t know this. But now I do 🙌 Jeeze now I feel like I need to pay for these. This is valuable information. 🙏

It's good doing stuff like this. So many human bodies suffering because of un-free movement patterns. I myself have been very conscious about how I move. No more of that! It's time to be weird!

These "weird" movements are so deceptively effective... You'll only know it when you really experience them. Thanks again for the Awesome share Tim! PS; I luv "weird" ; D

I usually do rocking in training sessions, but strained something in my left arm and shoulder last Friday while changing a tire, one of those injuries you become aware of later. Finally, today I could rock and do some leopard crawling, still can't do pushups, or rocking pushups, let alone weight training, except for suitcase carries. I've done windshield wipers, dead bugs, and bird dogs in the meantime. Glad you included circular rocking in the video, it's one of my favorite resets.

Thanks a lot for these Tim! Any chance you could also do a video on how to practice crawls in a limited space, like smaller rooms since many of us don't have access to gyms or larger spaces to work out in.

I binge watched your videos from the other channel..You seem to have lot of body awareness and if I'm not wrong all these movements come intuitively to you. It would be really helpful if you make more of these rocking routine videos (compiling different variations) because it is difficult to remember all the variations.

I second this, and maybe create 10 minute follow along sessions of various movements intending to fix some problem (ex. calf strain).

Love this. I try to rock at least 10 min 3 days per week but sometimes it’s hard to keep my brain into it. Changing it up every min helps so much. I also mix in Hindu rocking, one arm, staggered, and a variation for feet and hands that I think came from a video two years ago. And then matrix rolling. Always. That’s my favorite.

I do this as my warmup when I want to go to the gym right after waking up and my body feels so stiff. It wakes me up and lubricates my joints for my workout.

Hello Tim . Question what parts of the body does this build strength?
@TrainLikeTim
@TrainLikeTim Жыл бұрын
It’s going to sound like hooey, but all of the body. This builds reflexive strength and allows your body to more freely express and release the strength you have.
