I'm really appreciating this. I was grateful you talked about losing it for a while. Happened to me and probs lots of others. I've gone through phases of fitness, and then some tough times or injuries happen and I lose it. So I'm going to try these primal moves your showing to get back into it again. And your nice and chilled about it and that helps.🙏

Does Tim Anderson original strength have this for the tongue?

I learned this particular tongue reset elsewhere but There’s some info on the tongue position in pressing reset. The tongue position and suctioning movement is an important and primary developmental pattern, I’m sure Tim goes into more depth on this in other books and courses.
