All of our property was along a major Hwy just south of Winnipeg. No such as not planting by the road as we had land on both sides.

We have had a wash out this winter in the UK , a lot of land is spoilt or not planted .It is always better to wait for rain than saturated ground to dry .Good luck ..

Hey mike a tip if you have intelligent ag issues: run intelligent ag on channel 11, xtend on 1. We upgraded to the new gateway that goes on the drill and had connection issues. Manually set the channels for each and things are working great now.

At night 4.8 will feel like 6.5. Lol

The ground was so ready here, that many people put the corn in. Then the 2-3 leaves corn got a chill. We had almost 30°C to 6-9°C within days. About guidance, didn't Case and Deere started working together about data sharing?

Mike have you thought about getting weedit or seen spray you could save a ton of money.

A cross reference to other tractors sowing Fuel rate, slippage, speed etc. would be interesting

(We are just in the process of doing this but) you can make any sprayer or other piece of equipment John Deere guidance and section control using isobus equipment from a company called Solsteer in the UK. John Deere are even looking into using it in there Mazotti sprayers (John Deere brought Mazzotti a few years ago.

Well Rickles (0:50) is one of the guys who works on the farm from the start of this channel, probably that why he's allowed to drive your dad's 9620R. 😀 I wonder if Rick's brother Mark still works on the farm, just like Frankles, both also workers from the beginning when this channel started. 👍

Why spend 20 grand on the new gps system? Why not just pull the receiver and screen out of a combine and just buy the Agra-gps bridge ? Then throw the Trimble back in when you sell the tractor.
