I am testing some rice and pea protein and I feel that they do quite well. Also I am trying to find Thrive but it is quite complicated with the shipping to Romania. Have any idea how can we order Legion products with a decent shipping cost? Thanks Mike💪

Why do you say having 4-6 meals is better than 1-2? What do you think of intermittent fasting and the corresponding boost in Human Growth Hormone?

Aphex there’s no massive research like at all, they say because of protein synthesis. The more protein you have spread throughout the day the more synthesis you get, Only for protein not carbs or fat. It’s like 99% your calories and macros at the end of the day is way more important and that spreading meals will make no difference. A general rule would be when bulking 4-3 meals a day and when cutting 3-2 meals a day or if really low calories OMAD. I do intermittent fasting makes life easier. Summary: barely fucking research about it.

I have a question. Do I need to consume 1 gram per actual lbs of bodyweight? Or my lean body mass weight? For example I'm about to start cutting and I weigh 227, but my lean mass is around 195.

Mike Matthews Thanks, I just read your book and that was one thing I was fuzzy about. I am about to start my cut next week and I didn't want to lose muscle or harm my metabolism. How about calories in general. You provided a formula in your book but I was not sure if that was for actual weight or lean mass.

Hey Mike! I wanted to know your opinion on MyProtein Impact Whey? It has 4.5 BCAAs but also has 3.6g of glutamine. Is glutamine a filler? I would take your protein but it will most likely be more expensive (although I'm sure way better quality) than Impact Whey, gram for gram... Shipping I guess will be more expensive too.
