To be successful at screenwriting, you need to create 3 things:
- a Story
- a Script
- a Sale
Each of these requires a different skill. And each is addressed on this channel.
My name is Karel Segers. I sold my first script at age 17. It netted me 4,000 belgian francs. That's more than 40 years ago. Since, I've been paid as a critic, movie rights buyer, producer, and I'm still a writer.
To share my success with you, I have developed two screenwriting methods. One is sprinkled all over the channel... The other is called Immersion Screenwriting, and you'll find the link below most videos.

There are short tips, but also full-length masterclasses about specific topics, such as Point of View, Fractal Structure, the Major Event, The Mid Point Reversal, and the one winning character trait that nobody ever mentions, but that is at the core of EVERY great character, whether they're likeable or not.
Now, when you're ready to write the first draft of your next script, sit down for a moment.
