i really need to stock up on those eshop cards quick, i still haven't completed the whole professor layton series and the 3ds physicals are way too expensive... the 3ds was my life man, i was practically heartbroken when i heard the eshop would be discontinued soon.

Man, I miss the 3DS era. The 3DS has some amazing games.

You look at what the Completionist did. He downloaded and preserved every single 3DS and Wii U eShop title and DLC for preservation. Whether he'll actually make a library out of it, I don't know. But at least those games won't be completely lost.
