@@kingajgames3171 It's because even if you do an almost perfect run with the bike, BS won't have enought time to kill those gang members. Only thing that worked for me was not turning right when BS orders so (when you end the tunnel). So I had to deliberately go against the dialogues orders to pass the missiones. IMO that's why it's a hard mission (unless you jump into the train, something that can be tricky if you don't see someone doing it before)

It would be very hard to make a script that runs the whole game with frame edit because cars and pedestrians would get in your way. To take routes where this wouldn't be an issue and only taking reliably spawned vehicles would actually be a neat thing to see.

@RichterVonFuchs7 жыл бұрын
That is why most speedrunners stream. Aside from all the benefits in a technical and entertainment aspect it is also a good source of proof. If tons of people are watching you play which includes fucking up, resets, and just seeing how consistently good you are. When you get world records it is pretty safe to assume it is legitimate. Of course there are people who have cheated on stream before but it's a lot more difficult than cheating in a video.

To complete Doberman before home invasion you must complete all of Sweets first set of Missions Tagging up Turf-Cesar Vialpando. You also need to complete Nines and AK’s to unlock big smoke. Complete OG Loc with Big Smoke and than complete all of OG Locs missions (you don’t need to complete House party part 2) start house party part 1 at the Burger Shot which is only a cutscene. This unlocks a phone call with tempenny to do burning desire and Gray Imports. If you have done everything above sweet should call you to start the mission Doberman. This is how you can complete Doberman before you start any of Ryder’s Missions

Why don't these people go for TASes instead of bogus speedruns? They could be putting all that effort towards something that actually counts...
@BullockDS7 жыл бұрын
TASes are explicitly designed to not show off skill in gameplay, but to show how games can be beaten at their absolute optimum. Frame-perfect executions and movements, glitches that are difficult/impossible with ordinary human/physical means (one particular common instance is pressing two opposite directions at once on a D-Pad, which some games might freak out over), manipulation of random events to be most favorable, and sometimes TASes can accomplish some crazy unconventional shit too (such as the Pokemon TASes that create in-game hacking software, playing 2 or more Mega Man games at once with a singular means of input, etc).
@lead25467 жыл бұрын
Luke Skywalker It is assisted as every input is not by a human, as seen as in some of the scripts in this vid doing aimbot. Would be cool for a gta sa tas!

Vicious Zero No way the first two could be humanly possible. That movement of the cursor is so snappy and instantly goes to each spot perfectly, especially compared to the next sequence of shots where it's still fast but humanly fast.

Ludacrits You haven't seen super smash bros melee player "Hax" have you? Idk about the gun thing but he can easily do the frame-perfect turn around if he just trains a lot.

Ludacrits the first one is simply wrong because of the fact that the sound meter *DIDNT MOVE AT ALL*
@thizlam48107 жыл бұрын
Villager Frame perfect turnarounds in Melee are completely different than what you're seeing here. You're seeing splicing and bad editing not human motions or actions. Turnarounds in melee are different as you don't move the camera yourself. In the clip I'm talking about he'd have to flick the camera and the orientation of his character both perfectly at the same time. Not possible. I watch a shit ton of melee as well, I know how fast people can input things but that's just inhuman.
@Hot18Shot7 жыл бұрын
+Ludacrits - To be fair I said "someone", I didn't say that I believed it was humanly possible- because they aren't, and it's pretty evident that it's a script. All I'm saying is that there could be a denier thinking "Nah, it's possible, you're just nitpicking" until the last bit where it's simply to damning to claim otherwise.

It still takes longer than with the scripts. This cheater just shaves off a couple of seconds here and there throughout the whole run.
@ZeroIsMany7 жыл бұрын
It's 21 minutes of next best run shaved off. Let's say that every time save is 3 seconds, so even at WR pace, that means pulling off over 400 of those time saves in 4 hours. It's a minimum of a time save every 5 minutes. Obviously much more cheating if it wasn't WR pace. That honestly sounds like an incredibly high and blatant rate of cheating. You'd think it wouldn't need a video debunking it at that point. Probably a leaderboard run without the cheating too, except for the splice hiding anything that really went wrong.
@JPTawok7 жыл бұрын
Because this probably isn't the only subtley scripted action. They're shaving off seconds all across the board, and in a 4.5 hour run, it adds up quick.

Something as small as increasing your movement speed by .5% can cut an incredible amount of time out of a run, enough to 'break' a world record in many cases
@ZeroIsMany7 жыл бұрын
In the case of a 4:22 run of GTA:SA, moving at 1.005x speed would however only amount to one minute of time saved, which is less than the typical difference between PBs of various runners.

He saves the game at 10:18 4:15 -- the time displayed immediately after saving the game. 16:18. Exactly six hours later, as expected. 4:22 -- the time displayed after the jump cut. 00:29. It saves but a few teeny tiny frames sure, but to program turning around is damn stupid. It's like inventing an apparatus that pumps the blood in you when your HEART already does the exact same thing. Even the clip where shoots at the thingies looks stupid. Did you really need to program another script that ONLY works in that exact scenario and position? And when he was doing it with his hand, it was just as efficient. He's using hacks in places that are trivial to a non-speedrunner of this game. He could've used hacks in places that actually needed them. So even in a Hacker% run he sucks.

At first it thought this was gonna be just a shit salty video, but i was wrong. I was so horribly wrong. It's a shame that in sports steroids are banned, but almost no one bats an eye on this shit.
@zakatalmosen59847 жыл бұрын
it is comparable. It's an undeclared technological advantage in a competition. It's not cheating in a videogame, it's cheating in a competition. It's literally the same thing.
@deceptionception7 жыл бұрын
Oh cmon , are we really going to compare video games with real life? that's very cringy , you sound like an unemployed guy living with his parents who takes video games too seriously.

Jarosz666 LMAO we're talking about speedrunning who cares
@lifetake31037 жыл бұрын
The reason they're not really compatible is because real life sports players make millions of dollars. Versus speedrunners primarily being donations.
@terkiey7 жыл бұрын
Are you dumb? It's not comparable at all, taking steroids to cheat in something that is essentially competing for money is far worse. Not to mention the risk of injuring the other players when you use steroids in any contact sport. I don't see anyone suffering due to this cheating.

You are one of my favorite to watch in the speed run community, and as a fan/spectator, you could very well possibly start a channel that exposes all the CHEATERS. I'm sure many others will agree with me on this, your "exposed channel" would be a great hit! Btw, you are the first one I've ever seen speed run a game, KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK!!
@MrMEINSACK7 жыл бұрын
So did this guy wrote the scripts himself for each mission he desired to cheat?
@kzfrew7 жыл бұрын
I suppose so. I believe the reason he cheated only the first half of "You've Had Your Chips" is because there's a set spawn point for that mission after the cutscene, which makes it easy to program the five nearby rocket shots. He had to move deeper into the facility to complete the mission and given the vast possibilities henceforth, it was impossible to accurately program a script to aim for him.
@dusty_wings7 жыл бұрын

Likely keyboard activated commands simply. Quick turn, aimbot, etc, not scripted towards specific in game occurrences. Likely mostly things found on the net. And then the changed position and time is simply video editing afterwards.
@Ghoffman917 жыл бұрын
Stuff like this is why I always say "Stream the speedrun or it didn't happen". Doing your run in front of a live audience makes it damn near impossible to cheat a speedrun. Still possible but extremely difficult.
@ninetails62186 жыл бұрын
Ghoffman91 Well, it’s always possible it’s prerecorded, There was a SM64 Streamer who even stated after the stream it was prerecorded, although that was to prove the point that even livestreams arent 100% reliable
@Ghoffman916 жыл бұрын
A way to counter is everyone demanding the streamer perform a certain action to confirm that it is live.
@Ristarite6 жыл бұрын
Well, there was this one dude speed running SA2, and he totally sucked ass at it, so he enabled cheats, and everyone could notice when he should've died. But the cheat had a glitch where you can't break crates and that is essential for a level in the game, and it was confirmed he was cheating.
@Pain-xw1rj6 жыл бұрын
