I am Japanese; a semi-retired 70-year-old woman. A lot to learn from your lecture as always. I enjoyed your lecture on morning routine too. So informative and assuring. I do drink water with lemon first thing in the morning followed by meditation with deep and long breathing. It is surely a great training of my brain. . I will keep listening and lean more from your lecture😊 thank you,

There are five elements per Ancient Indian Science 🙏. Prithvi/Bhudevi (Sanskrit: पृथ्वी:, Earth), Apas/Varuna/Jala (Sanskrit: आपः, Water), Agni (Sanskrit: अग्नि, Fire), Vayu (Sanskrit: वायु:, Air), Akasha/Dyaus (Sanskrit: आकाश, Space/Atmosphere/Ether).

Thanks Jim for this wonderful clip! For recent 2 years, I always drink a big glass of water in the morning when I wake up and before doing mediation, then doing exercise and having a warm shower. I've been doing that for 2 years and enjoying so much. It makes me feel refresh and energetic for the whole day. And it's interesting that today I realize that my morning routine helps me to connect with those 4 elements. That's really great and thank you so much Jim!

Thank Jim for being so sincere. Although you may not be able to see it, your sharing do make a difference. I'm so glad to know all of these in my early 20s. After watching this video, I would take a walk and do breath exercise in the morning and evening to incorporate the "earth" and "air" element. Looking forward to seeing our community grow. Have a good day!

I love listening to you every morning! I get up early, ground by walking around barefoot (it's weird how we as adults don't do this anymore?), I drink water, and the temperature in my Tiny is chill enough to wake me up ;), and I shower hot, then cold. I totally agree about the 4 elements being at our core health!

Hi, Jim! This is my first time here. I was introduced to you during the 2023 Tapping World Summit and your compassionate approach to self-growth, self-improvement, and mental achievement really resonated with me and encouraged my hope that people can be successful high achievers and embrace the gentle, loving kindness that I believe in. So here I am on your channel! I incorporate the elements by going with what makes me feel connected to them. First thing in the morning, I take time to just breathe and settle into a peaceful state, usually with meditation-- air. From that state, I welcome in daydreaming to connect with my true passions and remember what makes me come alive-- fire. I make it a point to get some water in as soon as I get out of bed, and then I usually either watch nature scenery on my TV or take a walk-- earth.

Thank you, Jim! Just discovered your podcast and it's wonderful! You're very patient, informative, and present information in a crystal clear way. My morning routine like many other creatures of habit typically includes (in no particular order): Wim Hof Breathing Method, some fresh coffee or tea with honey, burning some incense, consuming a small amount of quality cannabis, fresh air, self-reflection, gratitude, exercise, and playing a musical instrument. I've been blessed and hope others out there can find some positive consistency in their life through Jim's uplifting teachings.

First time listening to Jim Kwik. Wanted to express appreciation for this teaching that humans need NATURE in our daily "life-mastering" routines. We easily take for granted the natural world, we are nothing without it, its allows us to exist, and we forget to include it in our manifestation consciousness. William Shatner was recently quoted that during his trip to space, all he saw was Death looking to the universe, and Life when looking back at Earth. What an expensive lesson in contrast and appreciation. Thanks for the teaching to recognize the four elements in daily routines. Ancient Wisdom Reminded; bless you.

Every morning at 3am, first thing i do I drink water then I go straight to the Gym focus on breathing and mind-muscle connect, then shower and work on school work before my kids wake up and walk them to school every morning feeling the fresh air and the rays from the sun allowing us to stop at times to look at creatures the my boys find on our journey to school, then i go to work. Night time I will lay on the ground with my feel on the wall to help release the stress for standing 11 hours and log my day before I go to bed.
