Today, we are preparing a very easy and quick crispy fish fillet recipe for dinner. It only takes 5-8 min to get this done.
1) Preparing the fish:
- season with salt & pepper
2) Preparing the coating:
- add 3 tbsp of flour
- add 1 tsp of baking powder
- add 1 tsp of paprika
- add 1 tsp of salt
- add 1 tsp of pepper
- add 1 tsp of garlic powder
3) Cooking time
- add a generous amount of oil in a pan on medium high heat
- once the oil is hot, add the fish
- fry for 2 min on each side
