Congrats on getting Gepard! He is a real life saviour and i recommend building him with at least 1500-2000 defense and over so his shield could take more damage as you level up further. Have fun playing the game with him!

No need if you have Fire MC. Welt is also great but doable without him. The only 5 star you MUST have is Bailu

Got Bronya on Departure at 10 pulls and In just got Welt on Standard Banner after 71 pulls. The only 4* I got is Hook at E1.😂😂😂

Just stack Defence on him (ER% Rope + ER 2pc Ornaent and Rope set). Also add some Effect Hit Rate on him, he's good for freeze

The Qingque and March 7th Eidolon are the real win here, Gepard CAN be good, but he's more useful later on than he is early game.

both are good units march 7th is good for shielding AND dispelling debuffs which is why I use her and Qingque is good although she consumes a lot of skill points both are good characters battle wise and just well desined

I would like to respectfully disagree. As someone who’s first five star pull was Gepard, he was a absolute lifesaver for most of early game even when I refused to build Natasha so I was running no healer teams with him and Samp. Basically carried me to TB 40 until I got Luocha and at that point, Im still using them together for max survivability

The 5 star I got are Dr. Ratio (for free), Bronya, Lunae, and Gepard. And I kinda regret for pulling for Lunae instead of Swan. She could've been a good help for my Luka or Serval

He is my favorite character. Got him with Welt from the beginner banner and won Seele from the limited. I never been so happy as an f2p. You don't need a healer when you have Gepard 💪💪💪

gepard is literally so good mine has like 1.6 def (lvl 50) right now

That's amazing for that level, as you progress further maxed five star relics will give you even more def. I reached TL 50 yesterday so he is lvl 70 atm, i think he has between 2.3k and 2.5k defense.

Is Yanqing better than Gepard?

Both of them serving different role though. Yanqing is better in term of Ice DPS while Gepard is better in term of Ice Shield. I would go with Gepard personally since he has like the best shield in the entire game right now and there are more chances for Hoyoverse to releasing more Ice DPS in future which will end up powercrept Yanqing, that my take.
