South West Ontario Canada here. That bacon jam looks fantastic. I am off to the store to buy some additional things we need to make it. We will surprise our BBQ friends next Thursday with this as an extra condiment for the butter burgers we are taking to the Q. Tell your friends that we Canadians BBQ in the snow after we dig out the BBQ.

i just got over Covid and ive had both shots and my symptoms were terrible so didnt do any good to get vaccinated which sucks but anyway love the video the chicken looks so good, thanks for your videos, we always look forward to watching what your gonna come up with next, feel better soon

Love watching your show. Glad you’re better. I had covid in January unvaccinated and just felt crappy for a week. Worse thing was loosing all taste and smell and took a couple of months to fully come back. But I found your channel back then and got me through covid.

As someone that loves Sam that doesn’t have a COVID vaccine. I have only got COVID one time the end of 2019, it almost killed me and I haven’t been sick since. I also work around thousands of people every month at my job. (We get tested 3 times a week). Natural immunity is a great thing!

Long time subscriber. Sorry you were sick but I really don’t want to know about your stance on the vax. I work with people that received it. 1 died & another has high blood pressure issues after their second booster So it’s pretty controversial. Personally, I didn't get the shot and when I caught the coof I was fine. That's not to say everyone will be fine if they don't. Do whatever you feel is best for your family, friends, and other loved ones. Everyone's situation is different.

I agree. I’m a little disappointed considering the thousands of restaurant owners who permanently lost their businesses due to these ridiculous jab-related policies. Sam’s a biz owner, he knows this better than anyone. I disagree with Sam whole heartedly, but I’ll continue to support his channel. If he’s goes mass political, then I’ll have to stop supporting his channel, which means no more book purchases and merchandise.

Me and my family got covid a couple weeks ago. I got underlying heath problems. I wasn't vaccinated. I've had way worse regular colds it wasn't that bad. Everything I had heard I was scared af in the beginning but it wasn't bad thank god

I only had the first two clot shots otherwise I would have lost my job. Six months later I caught China Virus. It was still like a slight cold. If you're relatively healthy, you'll be fine.

Sam I really love your show. Best cooking show on youtube and better than most cooking shows on TV. That said, that thing at the beginning where you talked about the jab really makes me sad. I will not go into anything but there is still a large part of the US at least that doesn't have it and doesn't want it. That's all I have to say about that to quote Forrest Gump.

Husband had the covid we never got all shot up. Did what some of the doctors said to do at the beginning let your body just do it's thing. He had just a bad cold people that have a hard time fighting stuff are the ones who need to be careful. Your body can do alot if you let it
