Not only is Darin Morgan incredibly smart, Darin Morgan is a great guy, who has stepped up for the industry! The guy has given so much, to so many, and asked nothing.

I totally agree with Darin. Personally I always try to learn as much as I can about engines, there is plenty of data out there, I see all kinds of videos, read car tech books, articles etc. I think I have good knowledge. But unfortunately I haven't got the opportunity to put in practice all that knowledge, and I believe this is a big disadvantage, it is not worth having good data and knowledge if you can't test and prove things physically and practically. @ 6:52 Well said! I mean I couldn't agree more. I left college with a degree in finance, and declined all job offers. After a 2am infomercial for UTI I scheduled a tour the next morning and I havent regretted the past 23 years. Every day I strive to be more, do more, and make more. This can be very rewarding field to be in.
