Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield) works with Gwen (Emma Stone) to defeat Electro (Jamie Foxx) once and for all.
FILM DESCRIPTION:
The web-slingin' wall-crawler hits the screens once again in this follow-up to Marc Webb's 2012 reboot of the series. Andrew Garfield returns as Peter Parker, who squares off against the villainous Electro, played by Jamie Foxx. As the film opens, we find Richard (Campbell Scott) and Mary Parker (Embeth Davitz) stealing away with some crucial Oscorp files while leaving young Peter in the care of Aunt May (Sally Field) and Uncle Ben. Flash forward about a decade, and Peter (Garfield) is swinging into action as Spider-Man; having successfully thwarted the hijacking of an Oscorp truck by notorious Russian criminal Aleksei Sytsevich (Paul Giamatti), Peter ditches the costume just in time to meet up with Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone) at their high school graduation. Despite his deep love for Emma, however, Peter remains haunted by his promise to her late father not to get emotionally involved with her for fear that she could be targeted by Spider-Man's enemies. Meanwhile, young Harry Osborne (Dane DeHaan) inherits OsCorp and a deadly retrovirus from his father Norman (Chris Cooper), and brilliant but timid OsCorp scientist Max Dillon (Jamie Foxx) gets infused with a powerful dose of electricity while attempting to fix a faulty power circuit in the lab. Upon regaining consciousness, Max discovers that he has the power to harness electrical currents - the higher the voltage the more powerful he becomes. When a battle with Max in Times Square shorts out Spidey's web-shooters, Peter goes to work on developing a more reliable model of his signature weapon while Harry grows convinced that Spider-Man's blood is the key to his survival. Later, villainous OsCorp chairman Donald Menken (Colm Feore) steals the company out right out from under Harry, driving the vengeful youth to break Max -- now Electro -- out of the heavily-guarded Ravencroft Institute for a two-pronged attack on Menken and Spider-Man. The stage for that battle is set when New York City goes dark just as Peter declares his love to Gwen, plunging the wise-cracking web-slinger into a fight that could forever alter the course of his life.

Rogan Tiger When the same score is played 4 times in a film, it gets a bit old. They did add a little dubstep to the original score here though, to make it appeal to younger audiences.

He will play MCU version bcoz he was dead in TASM 2 Jamie Foxx will portray the character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, featuring in the third Spider-Man film. Because this depiction of the character is unrelated to the previous portrayal, he will not retain the same appearance.

Alright. Here's my theory. Peter keeps seeing Gwens dad because his spidey sense is trying to warn him about Gwens death without directly saying it. Peter is able to sense her death since they are so close but it's not a direct message. That's why the dad showed up at the end. To warn him. Sadly he didn't understand the message and Gwen still died. Just my theory but I like to think it helps with character development.

The fights were great, but the story overall and most characters were horrible. Most of the conflicts felt more forced rather than forming on themselves.

Electro got zapped to the MCU literally a few seconds before his death.

They're all alternate versions of the original because Otto died in the original continuity but the one that got zapped to the MCU said he got zapped right when Peter Parker was about to stop his machine. So this version of Electro probably died. Norman and Electro that got zapped to the MCU are alternate versions.

@@AntonioRodriguez-wh2zn They're not the originals, they are a variation of the original taken from a parallel universe. In Flint's world he confirmed that Otto drowned with his machine and Norman had died because it was all over the news. In Otto's world he confirmed that Norman had died to his own blades. But in Norman's world, he got zapped right before he would've died. All these villains aren't the original they're just a multiverse variation where they got zapped before their deaths. The only originals I could think of is Tobey and Andrew because their memories are from their original timelines, like when Andrew said he had cured Connors once before. Tobey would've had the memory of Harry dying anyway.

Math isn't something you really have to study. That is if you have anything to study. I think the only things that you are supposed to study are Social Studdies and Science because in both classes, you learn something and move on to the next subject in less than a month. I would like to think that a few years later, electro was somewhat resurrected or was able to save himself by trying to transform himself into pure energy. An experiment then, helped him to return into his physical form with someone's body merging with his hence the better appearance on NWH plus the experiment boosted his current power. Fought spidey again and before dying, found out spider man's identity and failed to transform himself into pure energy this time and died. Then he got transported to the MCU but only remembering memories before the final battle with spidey and surprised that he is now more powerful and better looking.

This movie really showed how time is a limited resource and it's very important, and also showing subtle hints about Gwen dying in the clock tower. It can also be seen in Spidey's battle with Electro. Spiderman could have just stalled him, he could have spent all night fighting Electro, but there are two planes that are about to crash onto each other, so he has to be quick and not waste a single second.

@@BlueBlur2003 some people didn’t like it. NWH has his design closely inspired from the comics especially when he charges up his attacks, his mask appears. Goblin is different but works imo. 3 year old me found goblin kinda goofy because of the mask. Dafoe performance without the mask made a lot of the scenes more intensive. The first fight with him and Spider-Man, his smile and downright disturbing mind made the green goblin much more terrifying! His laugh while getting punched multiple times gave me chills!
