Teenage social outcast Peter (Andrew Garfield) spends his days trying to unravel the mystery of his own past and win the heart of his high school crush, Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone). A mysterious briefcase belonging to his father, who abandoned him when he was a child, leads Peter to his dad’s former partner, Dr. Connors. Andrew was my favorite saga of Spiderman. He played the funny cockiness of Spiderman perfectly in my opinion. This is also the coolest version of suit that we've got IMO as well. We need another Amazing Spiderman movie.

completely agree. Tobey's is classic, but a bit over the top. Tom's is complete CGI (shouldn't even be called a suit if im being honest). This one feels like a realistic and a bit scary depiction of the sm suit. The TASM 2 suit is also great, but you lose the seriousness TASM1's had as it looks a bit funny.

I love how TASM actually showed him becoming Spidey. Building and figuring out his web shooters, even listening in on the two nerds about spandex for his suit and pendulums and momentum. Awesome

@@Austingrace. no dude, he is NOT underrated. people compliment the TASM movies in every single corner of the Spider-Man fanbase, he used to be underrated but he's absolutely not underrated after NWH. also no, he's not better than the MCU version, he's the most badly written out of all three Spider-Men. I'm not even a comic fan but I do know that Spidey in the comics doesn't purposely let the villain destroy a quarter of the city just because he wants to make jokes with the villain, the movies have good visuals but it's a complete lackluster in terms of narrative and it's distracting. people act like the TASM2 opening scene is good and is 'peak Spider-Man' but in reality Spidey actually *protects the city* and stops villains from hurting other people, but no, instead he just completely ignores what Rhino was doing and just crack jokes with him like they're friends while Rhino is unaliving people, damaging cars and other people's properties. and this isn't even the worst part, the worst part is how bad his origin story was and it's not even close to being faithful to the comics, not only that Peter became Spider-Man out of *revenge* and NOT because of "with great power comes great responsibility", he is also Spider-Man because he's destined to be, which is an absolute blasphemy towards the essence of Spider-Man that *anybody* can wear the mask. the MCU Spider-Man gets so much hate for no reason, say you want about him, call him Iron Boy Jr or whatever but you can't deny the fact that he's better than TASM's Spider-Man also the reason I said that I liked TASM back then is because I grew up with the movies as a kid and never saw all the flaws they had, but after they get so popular I finally took off my nostalgia goggles and see how bad they were

But the origin of Spider-Man in Tasm movies are not bad or illogical I have already told you! And some people don't even realise that it's a different Spider-Man universe. We have already seen the classic background story of Spider-Man in the og Spider-Man movie. But since it's different universe the story of Spider-Man in this universe suppose to be different and the that's the reason why director made it more rebellious and dark you can say it just by looking at the bridge scene where Spider-Man saved the kid and at that moment he became a real Spider-Man there was never any fault in Tasm 1 but it's part 2 was very messy and gone with the pace But you forget to tell one thing the origin of mcu Spider-Man which is undoubtedly the worst compare to other two he never understood what responsibility is! And instead of solving his problem he always creates his own problem and latter he need the help of Ironman or Nick fury or doctor strange!!
