3:10 The Queen: 1) Calculates her momentum and distance from the box 2) Throws her bow EXACTLY the same distance from the box as the range of her lasso 3) Drops off the horse with perfect timing to allow her momentum to carry her just far enough past the box to where she threw her bow 4) Lassos the box and pulls the box back towards her and PAST her effectively putting herself between wolf and box as obstacle knowing that it will take the arrow crucial moments to start tugging the box through the air because of lasso length 5) Utilizes the couple seconds when the box is moving through air back towards her with momentum from tug on lasso to tie lasso to arrow 6) Slide on ground to further decrease time it takes for force from arrow shot to start pulling box through air Steppenwolf: *Jumps*

All the CGI in the original version looked amateurish. The Snyder cut made huge improvements. Too bad the Snyder cut was self indulgent nonsense, and a big reason why DC lags far behind Marvel in the movies. Snyder is driving DC into the ground and WB doesn't have a clue.

Each is meticulously trained. I would think they wouldn't miss. Did you see the beach battle in the WW movie? They didn't miss a shot and that was while moving. I would also think they'd be smart enough to strategically take shots. Most of all, it just looks cool as hell to have them surround him like that. It's one of those movie tropes, like cars exploding when you shoot it, or silencers on guns making a gun quite.

tbh the only thing that did change in snyder's version was a few lines, wolf's design and the length of the scene as a whole. zsjl still had an amazonian warrior die by getting crushed by a horse when they have far more strength and resilience than the average human. same ol' skylight through which wolf easily descends into the chamber. the same fallthroughs in logic.

What do you mean more tension? Having a 5 minute speech to the "guardians" instead of addressing the mother that called him? Snyder's is longer but it doesn't mean it has more tension. It also has an extra slo mo scene where she runs and the wall, why?

@@Watchingmen because this scene needed that. From the dialogue "show him your fear" to she giving up on her troops and running away, it was an absolute display of emotions running through her. The scene feels heavy and after the whole dome falls into the sea, she finally takes a sigh of relief

@@Watchingmen From what I recall from the theatrical release, was that the box-chase felt lighter compared to the Snyder cut. The Snyder cut was long because it has scenes that added more depth to the importance of the mother box. For example the scene were the queen passes the box with the added line of, “Guard it with your life,” just shows how valuable that item is for them. There were minute changes and extra scenes that added to the buildup that it gave so much more “tension” to the scene. I can feel the queen’s desperation from this scene and how brave and passionate the amazons are.

I'm thinking maybe Fisher was right about Joss. Maybe he was abused, especially with how dirty you see that his character was done, and how fucking awesome, powerful, and important he is in ZSJL. I don't completely blame Joss completely, because he was mandated with 2hr runtime which was fucking ridiculous. But god damn is ZSJL so much better.

So I'm 21 years, old 10 month ago I was desperaded and suffering physically. I was thinking also in the corner of my head is god really real or we just die and nothing. Then one night after writing with someone from a Bible app because i wanned know jesus because he was my only way out ( that was what I thinking at the time) so he said you need to open your heart and just open your heart. So one night I put on the song I surrender from hillsong and really I was not knowing Christian music neither God or jesus. Than after 5 minutes in the song I put up my hands in the air and said jesus I love you, and then again but I don't know with real love or open heart, and then boom what then happened was a supernatural experience I could neve explain. It was the best thing ever happened to me. I cried and it was like power love and the kingdom of heaven flowing through me. It was the best thing ever happened to me. Now I know jesus is real! Go and try it yourself if you really are interested in knowing the truth.
