Hello, friends ! 🥰
Today I want to cook Asparagus Pasta.
Asparagus - people noticed its benefits and taste even before our era, in Egypt.
And already in ancient Rome, asparagus recipes were included in the first cookbook in the history of mankind. Asparagus is a very healthy and nutritious vegetable.
For cooking you will need:
200 grams of asparagus
Olive oil 3 tablespoons
Parmesan 50 grams
Salt pepper .
Water 50 ml
Garlic - 1.
Peel the asparagus and set small cubes.
Pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil into the pan.
Peel the garlic and fry until golden brown.
Add the asparagus.
We mix.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer for 1 minute.
Next, take out the garlic.
Add 50 ml of water.
We mix.
Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, until the water evaporates.
Boil 100 grams of pasta in salted water. Al dente.
Add the cooked pasta to the asparagus in the pan and mix well for 1 minute.
Then add 100 grams of Parmesan and stir again.
