This is the 1/35 scale batmobile from the re-imagined version of the franchise titled The Batman - this kit comes to us from Bandai. All the materials for the base came from Amazon. Enjoy! #batman

Nice job as always Phil. By the way, it's PVA glue not PVC. 😀 I bet you knew that already. I love the concrete work. I wonder if dabbing the concrete mix with the end of the brush after applying it would make it look more aged. I'm going to have to try this cracked cork technique now.

You are correct sir! I was told to take the music sting out and do 30 push ups!! Taking the music out was the hard part!😂

I'm with you there. My sons got me a bottle of Ardbeg Heavy Vapours for Christmas and it is so smoky that it's tough to drink. I was having a wee dram of it one evening, and my wife asked me, "Do you smell something burning?" I walked over to her and exhaled. She said,"Oh my God, what are you drinking?"

BASTARDS~! Let it out, buddy! I am not a big fan of Legos-- to wit: you should *not* use a "low-resolution" construction material to make a Porche. Yeah, sure those giant sculptures of rounded things are great-- because they're 40 feet away. I like Patinson and the Batmobile and that was about it. Great little model. Fun watching you struggle! (Hey! have you considered putting small little corners on your vinyl mat that would describe the fields of view of your cameras? A couple of small screws in the corners to register the mat... ? Or a piece of duct tape?) And the base? At first I just shook my head-- Old Phil has cracked, I thought, getting pieces of cork and then completely covering the texture of the cork-- then you cracked it! (See what I did there!) Which held the promise of scale verisimilitude.
