Can you please do a lecture on spinal stenosis lumbar, thoracic and cervical. Exercise recommendations would be very appreciated as I am suffering with stenosis at all levels - lumbar being most

Hi, That's a pretty complex topic and to really understand how to manage those spinal challenges, I'd highly suggest you study my online or DVD program titled "Scientific Back Training", which gives you the anatomy, mechanics, assessment techniques, stretching, corrective exercises and more for common spinal pathologies and postural imbalances. Amazing man....!!You have such good shape...my yeat down Mr.Chek which exercises for you is most important for Young Man (25year) which want to be strong and which do martial art and physically demanding work and also be able to train up to age like you...What is amazing!! Mr. Chek I buought your books and read all about Your Primal Pattern Movement exercises but I dont find nothnig about Dips...What your opinion on exercise: Dips for upper body? Thankyou.

Hello, Dips are a derivation of the "push pattern"; the prime action is extension of the elbow and the action is to "push away from the bars or surface". Dips are fine as long as you don't drop lower into the dip than your natural range of motion in shoulder extension. Those that do drop lower than their shoulder joint and capsule can handle end up with the same injury that those who let the bar drop too low in a bench press, or shoulders go too wide in pec flys do, which is an anterior capsular laxity or instability of the shoulder, which can, and does create lots of problems for a wide variety of athletes; I got into these issues in detail in my online or DVD course titled "Scientific Shoulder Training"....you can explore that course at www.chekinstitute.com Love and chi, Paul Chek

Paul, Other than the stretches you provide in some of your courses, do you have any good sources of information specifically on torticollis/hypertonic levator scapula? Also, can you correlate that type of injury with vision loss and why it could cause an ocular dis-ability? I have a client with this exact injury who is also being targeted by some vicious people(addict types/jealous types). It seems those people are committing a crime by targeting my client who is basically dis-abled yet its hard to prove their status as attackers/robberers. Hi, I'd recommend you study my videos on my channel here regarding "The Chek Totem Pole". Any of the systems I outline from the top of the totem pole all the way down to the limbic-emotional system and create torticolis individually, or collectively; tortocollis is a complex challenge that requires a complex assessment and correction strategy. Often, there is soft tissue pathology such as trigger points in the sternocleidomastoid, anterior and posterior suboccipital muscles, eye muscles, deep cervical flexors, levator scapulii, and other muscles that are either primary or secondary causes of the challenge. You my find my chapter titled "Posture and Craniofacial Pain" from the book "Chiropractic Approach To Head Pain" Ed. Darryl Curl DDS, DC very helpful; though book is out of print, you can purchase the chapter from the Chek Institute, which is prerequisite reading for my advanced training programs. I have worked with many cases of torticollis over the years, and they require a very comprehensive assessment of all the factors I share in the Chek Totem Pole. If you want skilled help for your client, I'd recommend you locate the nearest Chek Practitioner Level 3 or 4 near you that has also completed HLC 3. You can find them by going to www.chekinstitute.com and at the bottom of the home page, there is a "find a practitioner" link so you can search for them by location around the world. @@PaulChekLive thanks. My client is me. Hopefully i dont get assaulted, jumped or dont die here where i live as i am now officially a disabled person. Anyone who harms me will be committing a felonious assault/attack/robbery of a disabled person.

Hello Paul Chek, Im 20 years old and I suffered quite a big shoulder trauma in army - partial Acromicaviculiar joint break, inflammatory and degenerative signs - thats what is written on paper. The trauma is healing for about 4 months. While i was still in army it healed for about 3 weeks and then I went to training, thinking to do everything safely and mission failed, I reinjured it and made it worse. For the last 3 months I've been doing rehab safely except one time about a month ago when I was stretching I think I overdid it and the pain got worse the same. Now it seems some movements I can do full range motions and others feel sharp pain. Also feel constricted and painful in the morning. Questions for you: 1) Why is my shoulder healing so slowly? I had other traumas and they would heal much faster, but this is making me a bit scared. 2) Could you suggest rehab exercises to get my shoulder well and functioning properly? I want to work out on the bar again, pullups, pushups but cant due to this trauma.. Are there any videos where you show specific shoulder rehab exercises? 3) Do you suggest injecting cortical steroids to injured place to heal it better? (Doctor suggested) And do you think surgery is needed? Can you function well after the surgery? Also, is it possible to fully rehab it to the same potential it was? Would love to get your answer. Thanks !!!

@@PaulChekLive I also want to know why you don't have any chek practitioner in Asia? searched all over the internet, to be honest, but I couldn't find one. I wondered why an institute at the top of health notch doesn't even have one practitioner in India.

We do have practitioners in India, which I know for sure because I've had several in my advanced training programs over the years. We do have some in various locations in Asian countries as well. A special question I ask you Paul is how do I slow my expansion process down. I am grateful to receive the gift of enlightenment and this transcending process after enlightenment. It feels like my mind(aka the universe) is going beyond, beyond, beyond just like thinking outside the box but physically feeling this. Much love if you would be able to help. I’ve ran out of options and I figured you may be the only person that would known some things about this. I look up things on the omniverse but get things from anime cartoons. Mr.Chek I have some one else question...How do I just make contact and start communicating with my soul?need to find out why I don't want to eat meat when I loved it before and now I love Milk espacially puding from raw milk I cant understand this...everyday I can eat puding from fat milk or fat cheese or fat ghee... I grew up in a family where my father was an alcoholic and He hurt me physically and mentally and my mom and got to know me ... sometimes I find myself like an aggressive explosive and I don't know how to carry that pain I carry I meditate from my 13years nonstop.From my 13 I also started train martial arts and serius hard train and alsom compete in martial arts.... Now I have 25 and I go into dead end...and like lightening from heaven I by chance I found you and started to study everything about you and your opinions... Can you give me some reference or advice where i could find meditation techniques for healing my soul and my psyche ... I want to free myself from this pain and want to start living a full life and want to be able to express myself as a healthy right person and find my role in this world. I have several question.... if you accidentally mine my questions: Your spiritual practise do you say that gods came to this earth in ancient times?because all ancient religions have some mention of the gods which come here on the our earth...and as a result of the Ice Age people were forced to feed themselves on meat... references to this are found in all cultures around the world ... For example, the Mahabrata or the Book of Light or Wisdom of Perun and so...or old Indian writings talk about nuclear warfare or flying vessels, as well as the decline of humanity and the sunken Atlantis.... What is your opinion? And could you create a video on this topic? this is a burning question that many people are worried about .... who are we and who are we going and where are we going and whether we have really forgotten everything and nothing new is we just forgot everything?
