isolated bass and drums, theres also a bit of the firebell in the background. theres a bit of weird sounds probably from the damaged tape

I have to agree when it's all mixed in, but isolated Macca bass the way it was recorded in the Sixties...I'm often surprised by how lo fi the quality can be, and don't often hear new strings on his bass. And I know it's not down to old sixties tech...Entwhistle got an amazing zingy bright "new string" tone on My Generation

I had a black one back in 71, if i would have kept it it would be worth over $6,000 now the original with the Toaster Pickup

@@cliffords2315 "If I would have kept it ... " Famous last words. I feel the same way about the Rickenbacker I'm playing in my ca.1980 avatar photo. Have two others today, and I ain't sellin'!

@@cliffords2315 these days there are all those replicas coming out of China, plus DIY kits. I fancy me one, some day. I bought a Hondo II copy for 30 quid back in 1990. Terrible bowed neck and horrible action but it looked the part

what on Earth is the "honeymoon" phase, and does it have anything to do with Ringo's drums and Paul's bass on this song?
