Early development
In 2015, after Total War: Warhammer was announced but before it released, Creative Assembly announced that they planned to create a trilogy of Total War: Warhammer games.[1]
In 2016, Russian data-miners discovered plans in the Total War: Warhammer game files for a third game featuring Khorne, Nurgle, Tzeentch and Slaanesh as factions.

Total War: Warhammer is part of Creative Assembly's grand strategy Total War series. Set in the grim, high fantasy world of Warhammer Fantasy, Total War: Warhammer pits many unique races in a struggle for domination of the Old World. Soldiers clash with magic and monsters, as factions are locked in battle. But beyond this conflict lurks a larger threat: The forces of Chaos descend from the north to bring ruin and destruction, at the behest of their dark gods.
Total War: Warhammer II takes the battle to the New World across the sea, where new races fight to enact rituals and control the Great Vortex. Total War: Warhammer II is a standalone game, fully playable on its own. However, players who own the first game or DLC will find that it carries over and can be combined with the second game, for one epic experience in campaign and multiplayer among us.

This one session of TRPG, we went to an inn and there was some fat merchant playing cards. We tried to win some money from him, but we failed. And then an idea hit. Instead of trying to win our money back, we instead started hyping up the game, convincing others to wager against this merchant, who was apparently really good at the game. So he won everyone's money. Then later left the inn to continue on his way. We robbed him and by doing so robbed pretty much everyone in the inn.

It’s actually cannon that the Table top ROR “dogs of war” will mock fight each other to milk funds from their patrons. Wouldn’t surprise me if the gold tooth tribe did something similar to bolster the legitimacy of their protection racket.

Greasus is like the tyrant from the disk world series. To the outside a cruel and terrifying vampire which took control over the biggest city. But to the inside a caring ruler who does not hesitate to execute drastically new reforms to free the city from incompetence and Korruption.

Gotta think of it like if they pay heavy tolls but make it through the cost of the caravan is placed on the consumers in Riekland. If they had to fight the ogres every lost caravan is just straight up lost profits and product. It’s better for Cathay caravans to not fight every single ogre in the mountains if they want to make money.

I mean the historical Silk Road had nearly a 50% fatality rate just from the marching and disease. However the profit margins were so high on the ones that came through pretty much every merchant lord who could would just make back their loses on the ones that survived.

This has to be your best video yet, Tarriff. The editing for the Zhao and Greasus dinner scene based off Shrek 2 was amazing, the Advisor now sounds perfect, and I genuinely felt like I learned a lot while still being on-point with the jokes. Bloody good work, mate!

I know you’re moving away from shorts, but I def think there could be something like a biggest chungus competition. A horrifying compilation of Mazda Mundi, Grom de Paunch, and Trade Lord Greasus Goldtooth standing up to square off. Maybe that cathayan ogre there to represent.
