hi lee my wife jean and i have been holidaying in beni since 87 at that time only a few hotels no marble floors and the steps to the hotel were railway sleepers! as for the beni bug.. the coach trip from alicante was on the old road with restricted views of the sea, when we approached beni over the rise in the road the view i got was of many seemily half finished hotels, i turned to the wife with the look of wtf! one night in the hotel i caught the beni bug ,marvellous been holidaying there smetimes 3 times a year up to lockdawn 73 yo now but dying to go back thanks to your blogs the wife is coming round to it thank a million keep it up

How on earth do you manage, a huge breakfast and then the largest best looking pancakes all together, and then coffee and orange juice and then toast. How come your trim and not overweight. Looked stunning. My only one small criticism was that you put your toast off your plate onto the menu. The same menu that has been handled by hundreds of people. A side plate or serviette would be good. Don't want you getting ill mucker!

Hi. Lee we got excited that you went in Brunch Box to try their beautiful food & coffee. We had avocado on toast, french toast, banana bread, cinnamon rolls, yummy,tried different drinks,the ambience was so nice,we went their about 6 times for lunch. We give it a 10 plus. Yes the secret door lol.The staff very good.Enjoy your visit their again 👍🥞🤗☕

Avocado on toast, sprinkle of fresh red chilli, 2 poached eggs and crispy bacon. Good coffee and a small fresh juice. My perfect breakfast.

Its 1979 - me and a mate are in Magaluf abroad for the first time. We stayed in the Magaluf Park Sol and every morning at about 8pm a bar - I think it was called the Captains Bar - over the road opened for breakfast and were hosing down the terrace with Pink Floyd a Brick In The Wall blaring out lol - good times

I was telling my neighbour about your channel this morning and what you review etc, as she is a bit of a Benidormer.... She was saying over the years she's had lots of sausage in Benidorm, but after a week or two of almost daily sausage on holiday, she always looks forwards upon returning to go our local farm shop for some of the farmers thick pork.

One thing I have noticed from the places you visit in Benidorm, is a lack of gluten free options, despite Spain being alongside Italy the best countries in Europe that cater for people who have to follow a gluten free diet.
