The Best Cabbage With Eggs You'll Ever Make! Fast and easy breakfast recipe! 😋
Recipe Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion
1 carrot
2 pounds (900 grams) cabbage
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp Italian herbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp hot paprika
Parsley
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
5 eggs
Some olive oil for frying
Cheese
Instructions:
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped onions until translucent.
Add grated carrots and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Stir in shredded cabbage and cook for 10-12 minutes, occasionally stirring.
Season with salt, black pepper, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, sweet paprika, and add finely chopped parsley.
Transfer the vegetable mixture to a bowl and let it cool slightly.
Mix in 1 tbsp all-purpose flour and 5 eggs, stirring well.
Heat some olive oil in the pan, add the vegetable and egg mixture, and fry for 2 minutes.
Transfer the pan to a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 7 minutes.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top and cook under the broiler for an additional 2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
