Hi, im a 63 year old Brit. I've worn make up since I was allowed to about 17 years old. I can't tell you how many different brands and formulations I have tried over the years. I've worn cheap cheap to este lauder & Clinique and Bare minerals, I've stuck with the latter three for years.. ... until I received gift vouchers for Christmas as I do every birthday and Christmas, my friends know its what I always desire. Then off I go to top up what I'm running out of. This year there was nothing that I really needed so I thought I was going to go mad and treat myself.

COVER GIRL FOUNDATION FOR MATURE SKIN!! I hope people realize how much work it takes to make these videos that actually show Nikol's skin and eyes this clearly so we viewers can really really see what these products are like. It takes equipment and lighting and setting up all the shots and being able to go to real close ups and so forth -- wow that doesn't just happen by itself. Great production values, great experience for viewers and that's not even mentioning the great content. I really appreciate you, Nikol!

I will absolutely try this! I always add moisturizer to my face "color" I do not like foundation because it falls into every nook and cranny I have on my 74 year old face:( The Cover Girl sounds like it may work for me! I've been wearing Covergirl for years. When Covergirl came out with simply ageless with Olay for older women I tried it. It's also a wonderful lightweight but buildable foundation. I love the fact you're giving us other options that are more reasonable. I am 60 and would love for you do find a cheaper option for being puffy under the eyes. That's my biggest issue. Thank you for all your tips and I love watching you do tutorials with other ladies. You're the greatest!

I am 63 and use the Chanel Ultra Le Teint Velvet. I bought this Cover Girl and tried it this morning… so beautiful. I have a hard time with drug store foundations, I can never find the correct shade. I did with this one first time around! Feels very similar to Chanel for sure. Goes on beautifully and stays in place. My new go to when I don’t want to use Chanel for running around town! Thanks for the info!!!

I have just started following you the last couple of months and I have learned so much!! I have told several women about your tutorials. You are a very lovely woman and seem to be very genuine, which is refreshing these days. Have liked all of the products I've purchased so far and have switched from black eyeliner to dark chocolate. Waiting to purchase more colors when back in stock. I like the change!

For anyone looking for an alternative to the disposable pads, I use reusable cotton pads and micellar water and it works great. I try not to use anything disposable if there is an easy reusable alternative.

Thank you! This cover girl dupe is the bomb for my older dry skin. I have used Chanel in the past and it is great but the price tag is crazy expensive ( Chanel 1 is $70. for one ounce). Thank you so much for introducing a alternative

Nikol, you are beautiful! Regarding the issue of Ageism, so many beautiful women over the age of 40 and going gray or already gray. Cindy Joseph comes to mind and all the beautiful confident woman that you have featured in your videos like Hilary Bitar. Other models like yourself; Yasmina Rossi, Manon Crespi, Caroline Labouchere, Sarah Harris and Carmen Dell'orefice. Celebrities like Emmylou Harris, Jamie Lee Curtis and Helen Mirren. You are so authentic and you are speaking to a large majority of us that are embracing our own authenticity. I personally do not want to look younger, I just want to look as best as I can for my age (61) and you are inspiring so many women. I like to watch videos of women in my age group or beautiful younger women like yourself who have let their silver hair shine. You are classy and elegant. If anyone says anything negative about you believe me it is because they are jealous of your continued success, self confidence and beauty. Those comments are more about their own personal struggles and issues and not about you. I appreciate all the information that you provide and always look forward to new videos. I'm so blessed to be the age that I am. I feel I look better now than I did 20 years ago with the dyed brown hair "Gray hair is like a crown of honor; it is earned by living a good life" (Proverbs 16:31). In the words of Thumper from Bambi, "If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all" Love ya!
