What are some popular Brazilian brands? I would love to try some out I follow a few Brazilian content creators and always love their results.

I just order on Amazon seeing that I been tryna get my hair texture back for the longest my mother put so many different products and it changed my hair texture and I’ve been tryna get it back so I definitely need to get the emergencia hair mask

What most people like to use on their curly hair is Skala, Novex, Neutrox, Yamasterol and Kanechon (those are super duper cheap, but still very moisturizing, though usually they don't have any silicones so it doesn't "melts" your hair as for example Silicon Mix). Novex is a staple in suburban houses, it's cheap and it works. They are supposed to be deep conditioners but people use them a lot as leave in conditioners, specially on curly hair since we tend to use a lot and they usually come on 1kg of product. Other popular brands that are 100% brazilian, developed and produced here, are: Inoar, Eudora, O Boticário, Lola Cosmetics, Haskell, Bioextratus, Amend, Foreverliss. All of those I've used several lines/products from those brands and always loved it. They are not expensive either. Bioextratus have two lines that I absolutely j'adore. A ceramide, shea butter and marrow extract one, and a shitake one. Gosh, those always surprise me with amazing hair, and smells amazing. O Boticario is always amazing either, never tested any product of them that I didn't like. I have to say though... the second ones I mentioned are always very franganced, so if you are prone to headaches I'd be careful. Edit: I used to spend a lot of money on Kérastase, Oribe, Moroccanoil, L'Oreal Pro, Phyto. But since I started using the right brazilian hair masks and products, no one in this house is gonna pay 200x more for a professional imported product.

​@@TheCurlPapi I love that you massage your scalp with the products, I don't think people realize it needs hydration as well as any other skin, and that the roots of the hair still are exposed to air, sun damage, polution, friction and products... people ignore that.

I would use it maybe every three weeks because it has keratin which makes it a protein treatment. I’d switch up between masked for every visit since you go every two weeks. Maybe start with the silicon mix first visit then a moisture mask the next and keep swapping out every two weeks.

the company actually has different hair masks and some do have protein. the one that was used in the video does include proteins in the ingredients but is not advertised as a protein treatment.

Omg yes! I highly recommend the emergencia, been using it for years and when I had my hair silver it brought back so much life back into my curls.

I’d say definitely EMERGENCIA, it’s all in the name emergency. I’ve seen that mask work wonders on damaged hair. Just remember it takes time and patience to fix damage but stay on a good routine and you got this!
