1.7Kg Ground Beef
1 Cup Bread Crumb
2 Tbsp Chopped Parsley
2 Tbsp Garlic
2 Tbsp Onion
1 Tbsp Parmesan
1 Tbsp Garlic Spread
4 Eggs
1/2 Tbsp Salt
1 Tsp Dry Basil
1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Parika
1 Tsp Dry Thyme
1 Tsp Dry Fennel Seed
*TOMATO SAUCE
2 Tbsp Oil
56 Ounces Tomato Sauce
1 Bunch Fresh Basil
1/2 Tbsp Salt

Always love your vids. 1st time that I've seen someone deep fry the meatballs. I would think it completely changed the flavor of the meatballs and the sauce. I'll try it and see the difference. I stir fry my meatballs, I'm sure families around the world do it differently. Thanks 😊
