I´d prefer DB press to bench press, and would swap the barbell row for either cable row or one-arm DB row. Also, for the RDLs I´d use DBs or kettlebells.

Unless you have 60kg kettlebells the RDL's would be easy as fuck. Plus barbell training is safer and builds more strength than dumbbells. Obviously unilateral training plays a role but bilateral is the most important. Most people don't even has dumbbells heavy enough at their gym to do the exercises you're talking about. Max dumbbell weight is 100lbs at most gyms which is pretty easy for all the exercises you listed.

I´m more of a hypertrophy guy so with the weights that are offered at most commercial gyms are more than enough to build a great physique.@@weirdstrength

@@weirdstrengthwhat? I’ve never been to a gym that didn’t have over 100lb DBs. I won’t argue about the strength building with bilateral/barbell lifts, but if looking good naked is your goal, which you’ll still get strong, DBs are king.

@@jcobra09 dumbbells are slighty better for building muscle but you NEED barbell training for strength and athleticism. I don't know where you live but in Denmark all the popular gyms only have dumbbells up to 100 pounds.

Different bodies work differently. Some are more prone to injuries with certain ranges of motion. Also, check out 1/4 reps with Jason Huh. Tons of pump, 1/4 of the ROM
