The best garlic rice
▼Materials
(all-purpose rice)
250g raw rice
300g water
Chicken soup base 5g
5g soy sauce
8g salad oil
200g cooked all-purpose rice
Diced steak (beef for yakiniku) 80g
Yakiniku sauce (medium spicy) 30g
10g of unsalted butter (15g is added in the video, but 10g is recommended at home)
Salad oil 10g
1 clove of garlic
dried parsley
Black pepper
▼How to make
Put all the ingredients for the all-purpose rice into a pot (rice cooker) and cook.
Finely chop the garlic.
Add butter and garlic to a frying pan and heat.
When it starts to change color, add the all-purpose rice and mix.
Add 10g of Yakiniku sauce and mix thoroughly.
Serve on a plate.
Heat the salad oil in another frying pan.
Add beef and fry.
Add the remaining Yakiniku sauce and toss to coat.
Serve over rice and sprinkle with parsley and black pepper.
