It's been dumping and pumping in this range for ages! It's technically just going sideways, sideways means generally stagnant. More emphasis should be put into day trading, as it less affected by the unpredictable nature of the market. Trading has been going smooth for me as I managed to grow a nest egg of around 100k to a decent 732k in the space of a few months... I'm especially grateful to Walter James Henry whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape..

We started this year with so much positive energy mostly when it comes to bitcoin day trading....... People dont understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments dont match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.

It would be fair to mention that you still need to pay taxes on pension level 1 on the monthly payouts. Still it might be less than your current tax rate

I heard from a friend living in Ireland that he can transfer his mortgage loan from his current bank into another bank in order to pay less interest. Is this available in Germany?

It depends on Bank. Some Banks will give you the loan directly to you (putting it to your account) and you can do with that whatever you want. But some banks transfers the money (loan) to the seller directly (car seller, real estate seller etc.) and they keep the documents of real estate or your car till you pay everything back. The only loan (credit) type which all banks give your hands (account) directly is the “private use credit”.

Hahaha :D took your advice 4 years ago, moved to US as a skilled migrant (engineer). I made more money in 4 years than I could make in Germany in 40 years. Even started 2 small side businesses which is legally not even possible in Germany as entrepreneurship isn’t looked nicely upon by the state. Here they have procedures to make things easier for founders, not harder with regulations and business killing taxes. Health insurance being bad and so on is all a big lie, all my German friends say; but it is so bad right? No it is not. It is even better, you get freedom and choices. You get a private insurance, you pay less for your family and depending on the company you get 5 star hotel experience at the hospital. In Germany I was paying with my wife a ludicrous amount of my salary and I didn’t even have a house doctor as he retired and we could not find a new one until the time I migrated.

What this implies is that many people who technically have health insurance still incur very high out-of-pocket costs, including for prescription drugs. According to KFF, approximately 50% of Americans say it’s “difficult to afford healthcare,” with about 25% saying they or a family member had problems paying for healthcare during the past year." That's a little too much "freedumbs" in my opinion, even by the piss poor standards of Muricans.

@@todtnau I don’t care about other people, so I don’t mind their insurance conditions. I am talking about skilled migrants and engineers, how they live. Back in Germany I was forced to pay healthcare costs for unskilled labor and still wait months to get a simple Termin, here that’s not the case and I am happy.
