Alex, this is the best review of Oud Satin Mood that I've watched! You describe fragrances so well! I have a sample of Oud Satin Mood and I have to say that it's one of the best MFK fragrances. To be honest I'm always a little scared when I hear oud in a fragrance because oud can be quite strong but the oud here in this fragrance is so soft, smooth. I adore how it's blended with the rose. This is timeless classic but it has a unique vibe! I think this is 100% your scent. Elegant, classy, quite unique just like you! xoxo

Great and comprehensive review Alex! I am personally not a fan of oud fragrances on my skin but will definitely give this one a try. My all time favorite Francis Kurkdjian's fragrance is the legendary "Eau Noire" he created for DIor. Love the bitter top notes that hide an overly sweet, almost gourmand base notes! This perfume really represents my 20s, when I was dressed mostly in Dior Homme by Hedi Slimane or Gucci by Tom Ford. I recently came across Aqua Celestia forte. Loved it but I already own dozen and dozen of fragrances with the same notes: citrusy on top, and musky at the base! On the other hand, Baccarat Rouge may be a crowd pleaser but didn't please me at all. Tried it on a sunday afternoon a few months ago under Kat's recommendations, and the scent was so strong that I ended up having the worst migraine that day!!!
