We did exactly the same earlier this year, though from a different company. We went with an 8" orthopedic with a 1" memory foam top. Glad to see you didn't fall into the trap we did and have it made as one mattress. What a hell of a job it was getting that through the door.

We have a static caravan and the first thing we did with it within the first weeks of owning it was go to the local Hypnos stockist in Kendal and buy a brand new king size divan bed. The beds that come in caravans wouldn’t be out of place in a gulag! Not that I’ve been in a gulag but I would presume the beds there would be on a par!

Looks ace, remember to keep those curtains firmly closed cause it’s at cheeky bum height, wish we could do something better with our RIB bed in the campervan but not possible when packing up every morning. Haha don’t forget you’ve still to get up in a morning 😂👍

That would be the first thing I would change. The ones you get with motorhomes are not adequate in my opinion.

Hi David, our mattress is now 18mths old and has had lots of use! We even slept in the van on the drive for a month while we decorated our bedroom last year. It’s really comfy and we would highly recommend the company 🚍☀️

Hope you have learnt how to reasure your dog when its reverse sneezing. Don't just leave it to itself. Just had to message you from watching one of your vids in France a year ago. You just shrugged it of as the dog making a noise.

Hi Paul, thank for your concern. I would like to reassure you that as experienced Lhasa Apso owners we are fully conversant with reverse sneezing. We have spoken about this on our vlogs before. We have had both our dogs from 8 weeks old. We have learnt through experience that neither of our brachycephalic dogs do this through anxiety. In the very early days we tried the method of holding their nostrils closed and massaging their throat to ‘calm’ them. This caused anxiety rather than calmed them and is totally unnecessary for our two. We show our dogs foibles on our vlogs and Jessie sometimes is a ‘Jessie’ (take the ferry for example). However, you will have seen there was no episode of reverse sneezing either during or afterwards. Neither have displayed any sign of a chronic syndrome. Occasionally it happens with our two due to air or debris getting caught under their elongated palate. If you know the characteristics of dogs with short noses, you will know that, although seemingly distressing, this is perfectly normal and nothing to be worried about. I hope this has reassured you that we do know our dogs and do not just ‘shrug it off’. If there was any regularity to this or it became worse, we would of course have this investigated.
