FRIED CATFISH PO-BOY INGREDIENTS:
For the Coleslaw:
3 cups coleslaw mix
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp celery seed
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
For the Catfish:
Vegetable oil, for frying
2 7oz. catfish fillets, skinned and cleaned
Salt and pepper
1 cup whole milk
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup cornmeal, fine ground
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
For the Sandwich:
