Fun fact: it’s spelled Ketchup because it used to be spelled Cetchup but Heinz wanted their product to stand out so they flipped the spelling to get more attention

I don't know about Heinz. The word come from Malay word "kicap" which mean soy sauce but it isn't the soy sauce that we know today, it's more like a fish sauce from Indo China. It was later the condiment travelled to the west and they altered the ingredients and add tomatoes in that sauce to make the ketchup we know today.

Dylan...you saved my life. I am a horse trainer/exerciser (for rich assholes who purchase LARGE, LIVING THINGS WITH ACTUAL NEEDS AS THEIR STATUS SYMBOLS (one of my responsibilities is a glorious Irish Hunter whose ticket price was twice that of my HOUSE) then hire po' folks such as me to look after them. I WATCHED YOUR BAKING SHOW....I LAUGHED MY ASS OFF FOR AN HOUR AND DECIDED LIFE WAS WORTH LIVING AGAIN. THANKS. SINCERELY MEANT.

This is how I learned that Dylan isn't just a great and adventurous cook, but also a talented jazz musician, a cosmopolitan and a gearhead? Today I tried two of the recipes he showed me and they were both a success! I'd never really baked anything and since i have coeliak's disease I never thought I would get into it. But the magic peanut butter cookies and the starchies/sequilhos were very easy to make and delicious besides. I now have too many cookies.

It's usually that you didn't cool the cake long enough if it sticks and breaks apart like that. Best way to avoid is to cut a silicon parchment "doughnut that fits over the center stem of the bundt pan. we used to spray the sides of the pan with oil and then lightly flour them so it would release the cake.

Love the piano! You are so talented! I play the piano also, the playing by ear was my favorite way... give me the key & let's roll with it. And I always think how playing by ear is a little difficult, especially if you're wearing hoops or danglelies!!! Okay, my attempt at a joke. I hope you put some more jazz piano in there! Christmas music is wonderful... it would be great if you could make a video that would last 1-2 hours, and we could just set it to repeat during Christmas eve dinner!
