These sandwiches are made on the Traeger Flatrock Flat Top Grill, keeping this recipe simple and delicious. Of course, I had to add my twist to an old favorite, so you know this dish is packed with BBQ flavor!

Ingredients:
• Heath Riles BBQ Hot BBQ Rub
• 1/2 cup Heath Riles BBQ Sweet BBQ Sauce
• 2 tbsp Mustard
• 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
• 1/4 white onion, chopped
• 2 tsp Minced Garlic
• 1lb Ground Beef
• Sandwich Buns
• The W Sauce Fireshire
Directions:
1. Create the sauce for your Sloppy Joes by mixing 1/2 cup Heath Riles BBQ Sweet BBQ Sauce, 2 tbsp mustard, and 2 tbsp brown sugar in a bowl.
2. Set two burners on medium and one burner on low on your flat top grill. Grease your flat top and add your onions and ground beef to the medium burners. Allow them to brown and season with Heath Riles BBQ Hot BBQ Rub.
3. Once your onions and ground beef are almost done, toast your buns on the low burners.
4. Add your BBQ sauce and The W Sauce Fireshire to your beef and onions and mix around.
5. Remove beef and onions from the grill and assemble your BBQ Sloppy Joes
