It's common for women to experience a Pelvic Organ Prolapse from birth, but not experience any symptoms until months or years later. If you are years beyond giving birth, then this circuit is still suitable for you.
All you need for this circuit is two cushions.
We always recommend seeing a Women's Health Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist to discuss your individual situation.

I have had 5 kids. My youngest is 5 now. I have healed diastisis recti by doing breathing exercises. I havent one the exercises in a long time. I noticed a few weeks ago that something felt off and now after researching I am pretty sure I have a slight bladder prolapse. Looks like this will be a daily routine for me now as I work to heal this new issue.

Frequency is key when it comes your exercises. Once a day is adequate. Possibly twice a day if you can manage to fit that into your routine!

Thanks for the comment! Pelvic Organ Prolapse is not a quick fix, consistency with your pelvic floor exercises is important, and also using gravity to assist you can help - hence the support of the cushions to help lift the hips. I do go into more detail in my Core Rehab program about all of this, so do feel free to check it out! Any questions at all, I'm here to help, so don't hesitate to ask! ~ Kerryn

When it comes to prolapse, it is about consistency. There is no harm in continuing these for a long time, but I highly recommend you get checked by a women's health physiotherapist to see your progress and be guided for your individual situation.

Only up until around 16 weeks, after that it’s not recommended to lie on your back for a prolonged period of time in pregnancy. This circuit was specifically designed for postpartum.
