What are the best places to stay in Half Moon Bay, California? Well, we have our TOP 4 stays in Half Moon Bay, California in this video!
If you get a chance, and why wouldn't you, and you plan a trip to Half Moon Bay, California, you need to check out one of these 4 stays. I did not list the prices, because, well, it depends on the time of year that you are staying.
When Patti I go to Half Moon Bay, we typically go once in the Summer, and once in the Fall time. It's the Fall time, in late September, October, or November when the prices are the best.
All four of these hotels, or stays in Half Moon Bay basically range from $260-$400 per night.

SCA is a great channel!!! So informative especially the over head views of where their located on the beach as well as parking plus the finger pointing is on point, lol! Maybe tip is offering a range in prices. Like Oceano was $150 to $200 a night and Inn at Maverick was $130 to $180 a night - with restaurants too. We can then figure in pricing ranges and not have to Yelp everything after were done watching your in depth channel. Im going to Half moon for my 51st Birthday next month so Thank you for ur thought out informational videos.

Been working hard on our channel for a little over a year, and it can be daunting to make a "dent" with such a finite niche, and that being exclusive to travel in Northern California. Hi dear, wow that looks like a nice road trip you have. Is everything still open for new year? I am thinking of get out of the city for new year, unfortunately my care got broken into, I don't know if I can fix it by then. Maybe half moon bay and Monterey will work for us. Great hearing from you. So sorry your car got broken in to. Some. People. Suck. Come the first of the year, the Bay Area will still be in "lock down." You can certainly get there for the day and enjoy the beaches! I have like 6 Half Moon Bay videos that may be of help as each one explains a different beach. As far as staying overnight, hotels are not "supposed" to rent to folks unless you're an essential worker. Maybe you are?? They may still rent against the states orders. I would definitely call and ask. Have a Happy New Year!

That spot on Hwy one can be annoying with the people pulling over to park, people walking across the road, and people slowing down to watch the surfers.

Agreed. I should have said the stretch is ALWAYS backed up, but, on a typical busy weekend it is worse. I "could" go around, but, I won't tell of that little trick as that route should be reserved for the locals.
