What to do in Half Moon Bay? There is so much to see and do in Half Moon Bay, California. IN THIS VIDEO, we give what we believe is a nice itinerary on HOW to spend a weekend in Half Moon Bay!
So, you are planning a weekend trip in Half Moon Bay, and you are not sure what to do? Did I mention there is a lot to see and do in Half Moon Bay?
We start with arriving Friday night in what we think, is the best stay in Half Moon Bay (specifically, Princeton By the Sea), where to get dinner to go (and bring back to your sweet hotel room).
We move on to where to have breakfast on Saturday morning, then grab a sandwich to go to take to the beach! We show you OUR favorite beach in the region.
Then we head back to the hotel and it's off to dinner and then a walk on the beach.
Sunday, we check out, and now we explore the enclave of Princeton By the Sea.

Check out Seal Cove Cypress Trees Tunnels. Super short hike with spectacular views. When in HMB have lunch or dinner at The Flying Fish. Or grab a sandwich at Spangler's Market! There are a bunch of cool nurseries and shops along HWY 92 and check out Spanish Town and Sun Studios.

I haven't been to Half Moon Bay for years, what a great little spot you found. Those water views, stunning... And OMG, that skewer menu looked amazing! But my favorite thing we always do is go downtown to all the shops there, super fun.

Yeah. It's not my favorite thing to do (shopping), hence, it's not in the video 😁Patti would disagree. But, we had to streamline it to our FAV things to do or else this video would be longer!

This is great info! I've driven through half moon bay a ton for Mavericks and Starbucks. I've always wanted to stay here. This is great! Good maps too 😉. Nicely done video

Mavericks and Starbucks 😆Yeah, staying at the Inn at Mavericks is sweet, but, I did list other good options to stay in a previous video (shameless plug) 😂Maps!! Man, at the 7:00 minute mark, the cartoon with Patti and I in the car, I actually had that traveling (instead of the moving target) but it was upside down lol! Dam, if I could get the graphic right side up, it would have been cool! Thanks, Paul 🙏🏼

Man it's been FOREVER since I've been to HMB. Never with Michael, we will have to fix that. Are the tide pools still at Pescadero? Maybe will take the grandkids sometime. Pack our own lunches though because food x 4, whooooosh! Looks like another great time. Loved the rooms.

Thank you, Grace! Yeah, we adore HMB! Yeah, take the grandkids to Pebble Beach at Bean Hollow State Beach, just south of Pescadero State Beach. That is the best beach for tidepools, but, you need to watch the tides there as sneaker waves can come. Just don't stray too far away from the kiddos.

Super adventure. Princeton is a great neighborhood with lots in walking distance. I haven't explored it enough so fun to go with you. On the east side of hwy 1 in El Granada I like the India beach restaurant and down the highway a mile right on the water the Miramar Beach restaurant. Liked your map graphics. thanks

this is not in Half Moon Bay. around Half Moon Bay , you were in Princton by The Sea!. this is the second time you put out a youtube and it was Princton by the Bay Sea , Not Half Moon by. next time you might actually go to Half Moon Bay
