I agree what ever happened to fixed blades every knife channel is all about pocket knives and they all want to blow spiderco cause everybody has to have a collection of every spider there is enough we know what they look like its the same style with hundreds of different versions trust me if u want one youll get it

@@FreeRadical222 I think they steer away from knives not available to all. Many states and municipalities have made fixed blades illegal to conceal carry. Blade HQ is 100% about sales.

My personal favorite of 2019 is the Leatherman Free T4. It's so versatile, that it's made carrying anything else feel wrong. I carry it everywhere I go and it is by far my favorite knife to come out in 2019

Love my Blackout Bugout! So glad I jumped on that! Just bought a Benchmade Crooked River. Holy crap, that is a big knife! Love it but can’t help but laugh every time I hold it. Huge! But both will be sharing pocket time. Might have to get the Crooked River mini next.

I ordered the boker strike, tanto version when it went on sale a few weeks ago and love it. I've only had to tighten the pivot cause I noticed a little wiggle in the blade after opening it several times. Other than that it's been fantastic

definitely became a knife nut in just the past 6 months. in like a three week period got a Manix 2, the mini grip (and slapped on some AWT black aluminum scales) the launch 3, and just got my Boker Plus Kansei in copper in the mail today!

This was my first year collecting/edcing knives. Got the Ferrum Forge Gent, Civivi McKenna, Real Steel metamorph, TRM Atom and Neutron and the Spyderco Stretch 2 sprint run straight spine. But the best knife I got and the best knife of the year.... The Birdshot IV special edition Classic SD 💯

My favorite purchase if the year is my Para 3. I expected it to be just another good working knife in my collection. Then I got the Allen Putman Micarta scales and a Lynch Northwest clip and it now just lives in my pocket. I will say the knife I'm most looking forward to is the Civivi Rustic Gent. I'm dying to get one in my hand.

1917cutlass :- I agree with you on the para 3 lightweight, but I suspect the Bugout craze will win out. (My personal #1 for 2019 is the Spyderco Ikuchi).

Got the Elementum on the way in Micarta. I like these guys they answer the phone, answer emails and know knives. Also I am guessing their values are closer to mine then the big websites store.

I was hoping the kizer vanguard begleiter would make this list. I love mine. comes razor sharp, locks up super solid with its liner lock, and it’s got a decent g10 grip with a vg10 blade

My EDC 2019 winner 🏆 is Cold Steel CODE 4. I bought a Kershaw $13 all steel knife and I learned that I like all metal handles. So I had to get a code 4, And the knife did not disappoint. My fixed blade winner is the Cold steel Recon 1. A perfect fixed blade knife. It will also do a good job fighting zombies in the evil ninjas.

I used to always buy from Blade HQ till about 3 months ago. I bought a G10 griptilian waited almost two weeks with no knife. I emailed them and they said my address came up as fraudulent. Been living at the same house since 1991. Also bought from them for about 5 years prior multiple times. Had to start buying from other companies.

The Benchmade Casbah is soooooo good. And it gets no love at all. It's my dedicated work knife and it takes a huge beating and just comes back for more. Polyurethane pipes and serious adhesives,oils,chemicals,hard plastics and fibers,etc. It literally takes all of that and more,the handle hasn't melted or worn,the S35 blade stays really sharp no matter how much use it gets and best of all,its an auto. Most underrated automatic for under 200$,I really hope we get more options for it this year like carbon fiber scales or even S90 blade steel. Such a good knife,I have a 940-1 and it barely gets used due to how good the Casbah is.

just received and posted a video of an elementum in brass and copper on my chanel that i just recieved today from blade hq! both of them are perfect. blade centering. no blade play in any direction. razor sharp. thank you! PS, to anyone watching this.. im pretty sure my video is the first non vendor video of the brass and copper versions on youtube. have a look, they are rediculous for the price.
