Hey y’all! This is the best Red Velvet Bundt cake ever!! It is so good and very easy to make! Perfect for Christmas 🎄
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vinegar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup coffee
1 bottle red food coloring
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Red velvet cake is one of my favorite cake. I don’t think I ever had it as a Bundt cake. I’m running to tell my sister to make this cake for Christmas.

That cake looks so good! Your icing reminds me of the Nothing Bundt icing. I haven't tried coffee in my batter, but I've heard that it adds a richness to the cake. Thanks for sharing!
