Challenge your delts with some new, growth-stimulating exercise variations like these.
The lateral raise variations work best with higher rep ranges taken to failure or within one to two reps of failure. Do 12 to 15 reps per set.
For the lateral dumbbell swings, use 25-30 reps.
The lean-away shoulder press works well with all hypertrophy rep ranges. Do sets as low as 6 reps with a 5-6 second total rep speed (2 seconds up, 4 seconds down). Perform 8-12 reps to failure or close to it.

The one where your left arm is isometrically straining against the side support and the right performs a standard lateral raise would have interesting effects if, after the right hand set you switch positions and brace with the right and swing with the left. That is, you get an isometric strain followed by an ordinary kinetic one. And so on, switching again.

So perform one side followed immediately by the other? If so that’s how you’d do them.
