Everything was well seasoned, and the meat, onions, and bread was beautifully caramelized brown! He even dressed the greens! I wish he would have left the seasonings for the spreads below! Now I make a great steak, and steak sandwich, in my cast iron! However, I'm making this for my fiance, but I'm adding a good cheese! Thank you. I'll let you know how it goes too! This is absolutely Glorious ! From prep to completion ! Only thing is, right now I'm just in the mood for 🍅 a couple of thick juicy tomato slice (sans the onions in this case. I never do grilled onions and tomatoes. One or the other) That is truly an award winner there my friend 👏🏽

Would you mind listing the ingredients? I want to make this this weekend but am only unsure about the sauce? Is it ketchup and mayo with Worcestershire? I see your hashtag in the description says sriracha so I was just confused a little. Also, what is this clear oil...coconut oil? Hope you can give me some answers...looks amazing!!

@@BloomsIZG so I actually just went for this the other day and it turned out amazing. I used an Italian bread with a rosemary garlic compound butter, instead of what looks to be parsley he used here. I basted the steak the same way, sautéed a white onion, and tossed some arugula in olive oil, salt and pepper. For the sauce I just ended up doing 2 parts mayo and 1 part ketchup with a dash of Worcestershire. The sandwich was incredible and I'll be making it again soon for sure!

I like to all the ingredients except for the meat I definitely would prefer to use either rib eye cap or fillet so that you don't have as much chewing going on but other than that it looked quite tasty

Good overall. Might I suggest adding some kind of acid to the mix. Something as simple as lemon juice as part of your arugula dressing would give a more well rounded flavor profile.
