Yes lord lemon juice will take it up another notch. When I make it for other people I don't use lemon juice but Ido add it for my own family pies. I've never tried condensed milk but that would definitely work. I see why Monica loves your pie. 😀

Using the Instapot was truly a game changer for me. Thanks so much for introducing this as an option to cook sweet potatoes. I also add 1/4 tsp of orange extract to the batter along with the lemon juice.

I agree on lemon. I use lil lemon extract. I separate eggs. Beat & fold whites at end to make lighter. How my family taught me.

I went to 4 stores & they were ALL out of pie crust. Finally, at the 4th store, I decided to get the Pillsbury Premade Refrigerated Pie Crusts & aluminum pie plates. Who knew there would be a shortage of pie crust.....PIE CRUST LOL LOL!! Pies look good, thanks for sharing & Happy Thanksgiving
