- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Melted Salted Butter
- 1/4 Cup Half & Half
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar
- 3 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

Y’all…… I can’t. I can’t even get the pie filling in the pie crust shells, bc it’s so good. I dipped my spoon one quick time to taste it and why I do that? Baby I made this sweet potato pie for the first time for Thanksgiving. I was so scared nobody would like it. But let me tell you something. Them 4 pies was gone. EVERYBODY loved it. My baby girl waited until everybody was gone to sleep and went in the kitchen and got half the pie and took it to her bedroom to finish eating it.🤣🤣 she really enjoyed it. So I'm making more for Christmas 2022. 🥰

I love this woman's voice. It's so funny & welcoming. She takes the terror out of making a sweet potato pie for anyone wanting to try making one. I've made many, but I wanted to try a different one this year. Last year for Thanksgiving I made her red velvet cake & it was da bomb, as the kids say. That looks amazing. No thanksgiving for me and my children this year we can’t afford it. I’m ashamed to say but I’m facing homelessness, I lost my job as a social worker for not taking the vaccine it’s been two months. I’m battling lupus and heart disease I’m already on a bunch of medications including blood thinners so that’s why I declined. I’m a single mother. I feel so alone. I have two beautiful boys who are autistic it’s so challenging for me because they’re both nonverbal. I’m struggling to provide for them and myself. My husband passed away three years ago. I miss him dearly. Please keep me in your prayers. Because I’m losing hope. But I have faith God will provide!

I'm definitely going to try this recipe and I'm going heavy on the brown sugar because I don't mind Darkness especially when the flavor is on point the darker the better sometimes but not burnt
