It amazes me how much ya'll eat , um stuff yourselves making these vidoes! Fun to watch and hear about the history of many foods us Americans eat and never stop to think about their origins. Or how far from the real flavor and ingredients what we call a taco has become here in the states. When I was a young child I had a friend in school whose Mom cooked real Mexican foods. Her Dad was a migrant farm worker from Mexico. I spent the night at her house a few times and was treated to their cultural foods. The only thing I didn’t like was guacamole and I still don't like it.
